“My food was ordered online so I could pick up from the locked heated self serve lockers without waiting. I get there at my pick up time, my food is cooling behind the register instead of the heated locker. I have to ask for my food and receive cold dipping sauces.“
“This restaurant has come across a true gem of a snack called a Crazy Puff, which is truly delicious. They look like they were cooked in a pan for muffins, but they taste like they come directly from Sicily. Each one is filled with powerful flavors, especially the pepperoni ones, which I tried twice to make sure it was not a fluke. It wasn't. The taste of garlic, cooked cheese that stays attached to the puff even while you are eating, makes you look around to see who is watching you eat like this with grease and cheese dripping from your lips. Each Crazy Puff is like a pizza within itself. I like them a lot.“
“The food was great cuz it's Pizza. It's kind of hard to mess Pizza up but anyways.... The service definitely sucks because there was only one guy running the register and the people in the back were " clowning around so much they burned three of my pizzas twice, in a row, and in the same 45 minutes smfh!! “Quick and mostly tasty. Some of the best cheap breadsticks you can get. I love the jalapeno cheese sauce. We tried the pretzel pizza, although accidentally got it with the cheese sauce instead of the pizza sauce as a base. It was still mostly good, definitely over-salted. For the price and the speed, you can't really expect much more.They've also added a nifty pick-up rack for mobile orders. Might go that route next time and reduce the wait even more!“
“We ordered a pick-up order for the first time from this location and were very impressed. Our order was ready on time, boxed up securely, it was an easy to pick up process, the restaurant was clean, the staff and service were friendly, and our order was accurate, hot, and fresh. Food tasted great. Ordering via app was easy, and we were able to track our orders progress. Great value for the money. We recommend this location, and we'll be back for sure.“
“So the guy at the counter was having a rough time using his customer service skills. Told all of us he’s not serving anyone and if we don’t like it we can go elsewhere ? I looked to the back and asked for a manager. I don’t know his name but he came up and solved the issue quickly. I loved his calmness, and years of experience and expertise to get us all taken care of. Customer service isn’t for everyone and hope the front man looks back and changes his career or attitude bc it was simple to call for help and not be rude and nasty. That was my 1st time ever at that location“
“It's better to order food off the app instead ordering it in person and waiting in there.It can get busy mostly but I do see the workers doing their jobs but the amount of orders can overwhelm them especially when there's people inside the store waiting.Take it from meJust download the app and order the food off from it and just wait until they're packaging the food, you can pick it up when it's packaging(For some reason the app doesn't update the order when it's done packaging)“
“I went here due to a problem at the South Emerson location. The employee at this location was very nice and apologized for the issue at the other location. The Pizza and wings were great as well. I will suggest to definitely go to this location. Glass could have been cleaner that's why I gave 4 instead of 5 at atmosphere. Food and service was great!“

“I'm not gonna lie, sometimes inthe past they've had bad customer service, but tonite, well last nite now, lol. They were really nice and they were about to close and she still let me get a pizza, even though I didn't have exact change like they wanted and everything. So I appreciated that more than she will ever know. Especially after being at the soccer field all evening. The kids wanted that pizza. Lol. The crew they had working this time was great, and for some reason the pizza tasted thicker, and better. Even the kids said so. So I was very pleased. Thanks nite crew at little Caesars. I appreciate you!! Plus their prices are way better than the one on 31!! If you don't mind the chaos of that area, which is no fault of theirs, then I definitely recommend that store. “Tried the stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza. Would have taken pics but could not stop eating! Very good for the price. Only complaint was had to wait about 25 min due to high volume stopping in at the same time. Definitely worth the wait though!“

“My kids love to go in with me to order because they are always acknowledged & given a cpl bags each of cookies. Also I love how they have premade packs of seasonings for your pizza. My only complaint is if I go in an hr before close they have on more than 1 occasion told me I can't order anything that is not sitting in their bin. I can see if it was 15 min before close but a whole hr doesn't make sense to me.Kid-friendliness: Free cookies ???!“
