Not a good experience this time. We felt rushed,like we were a bother to the waitress. Shift change is not a good time to try to be waited on. Steaks were not good. Husband picked off more fat than meat. My steak was definitely not medium. Salad and bread were really good.

A week and a half ago. Southport sent the steak back twice and came back same steak Greasy. !!! The whole plate was just greasy terrible for the price they wanted for a big ribeye. Bone-in was ridiculous.. Three times it was sent back. First time come back me and rare , 2nd came back well done and then they tried to do it again. It was just greasy. They served the same steak on the same plate. Didn't get a new plate. It's just greasy...!!!!!

Way over crowded, the check in is done on an app and usually is 45 mins or longer but u can't check in until your in the lot, we tried to waste a lil time by walking around in target until we realized it had checked us out and our start time wouldn't start over until we were bk in the lot, so I took two stars away for this, waiting in my car for over an hour is ridiculous, otherwise food was amazing and service was sub par, they didn't go above the basics and waiting for them to come bk for anything took an eternity 7/10 experience
