I was greeted at the door. Seated pretty quickly. Being vegetarian, I still love Longhorn because they have tasty sides. Today, I tried the macaroni. I had no idea that you could get it without bacon. I also ordered my usual, brocolli and mashed potatoes. Erin was my server and she recommended a long Island, which did not disappoint. My Mac was hot but my other sides were cold. I still enjoyed my meal. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. But overall, I had a decent experience.

We have always gotten extremely good service at this Longhorn. The food comes out hot & the servers are always friendly. Our server today was a lady, however our bill printout says our server was "Big Mike H". Has to be a mistake (?). This Longhorn Steakhouse seems to always be busy, but they handle it quite efficiently.

We came in for lunch. Ordered chicken strips for my nephew and got popcorn chicken. Two of us had old overcooked fries. Our waitress took our order and brought our appetizer then disappeared. We were left thirsty until after our meal came. Didn't put croutons on the salad. The waitress was nice. Way too overpriced for the quality of food and service.Update: We told the manager about our experience so hopefully other people wouldn't have an experience like ours. He was patronizing. He said the chicken came like that. If that's the case that is false advertisement. The chicken in the menu doesn't look like that. We were there for a long time because the service was extremely slow. The manager took our payment. He said that way we wouldn't have to wait. We ended up waiting several more minutes because he decided to have a conversation with an employee. Will not be coming back to this location. We usually eat at the location on Southport and have a much better experience.

They were dramatically understaffed. The manager was jumping and helping all over the place. Wait staff worked together as a team to care for all guests. There were a few minor flubs in what we ordered as what was delivered to our table, and there we had some significant delays with some courses. Despite all of that, our entrées were delivered while we were still eating soups/salads & appetizers. I believe our server's name was Paris, and he was fantastic. It's not uncommon for a server to pick up slack because other team members are absent or lagging. In my experience, these situations often lead to exasperation, and the frustration is obvious in faces & body language. Servers frequently pass the buck and blame the kitchen for everything. I didn't see a single employee obviously upset or angry, driven to serve customers.Dietary restrictions: The server inquired about allergies before bringing anything from the kitchen to the tableWheelchair accessibility: Several tables are wheelchair friendly. Redtroom has room handicapped stall.

They need to expand or create another location in that area because the huge demand on that Friday was killing as we have to wait a long time just to eat and we still have people waiting behind us. Remember and Hungary person can be an Angry person

I would like to share my experience at Longhorn Steakhouse on East Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was my daughter's 25th birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were not greeted. A younger employee asked about the size of our party without welcoming us. The general manager was standing nearby and I inquired about any outlets to charge our devices, but he informed us that all outlets were not working. As we made our way back to our table, we noticed food and trash scattered on the floor. We were led to a table that was still dirty, and 25 minutes later, it had not been cleaned. The server finally approached us to take our drink and appetizer orders, but we never received any silverware or straws even after waiting for 15 minutes. Our appetizers were brought out without any silverware or drinks. When our dinner order was taken, our food was served without any silverware, and it arrived cold and unappetizing. We informed the staff about the issues, they took the food away, but did not address the problems in a timely manner. After an hour, we requested the bill and some to-go boxes. The busser initially provided only two boxes, and the waitress returned with the bill that included the food we had returned to the kitchen. I spoke to the manager and expressed that this was the worst dining experience I had ever encountered at any restaurant. He mentioned that he was preoccupied with other matters during the process. The waitress apologized, citing it as a long day. I hesitated to leave a tip, but my daughter reminded me not to let their actions affect my character. I want to emphasize that this was the worst dining experience I have had in my 56 years. This level of service needs to be corrected. No one should have to spend $150 dining out and be treated with such disregard and neglect by employees who show no care for their customers.

Actually No Star rating, YELP forced me into a one star... Me and my family HAD eaten dinner here for many years. I now refuse to ever go back. On a recent dinner with my wife I ordered the surf and turf, lobster tail and filet. Lobster tail was perfectly cooked and delicious. Then I got started on my filet. One problem, as soon as I cut into my FILET I realized I had been brought a 6 oz sirloin. I asked for the manager, because it wasn't a cooked wrong problem it was a wrong cut problem. So, the manager had the staff bring me a new FILET and sure enough they gave me another Sirloin. I called the manager back to my table and showed him that my filet was not a filet but a sirloin and I asked him... You know this isn't a filet, why are you trying to pull this bs. He just stared at me like a deer in headlights... NEVER GOING BACK.
