It took about an hour to get my food and when I went to ask them for it, they didn’t even do my order. Then they didn’t even give me the stuff I asked for. Only two workers were actually helping me out to get my order. The rest were just playing around.

For years now the location has gone down hill, but tonight after not wanting to drive to Avon for decent customer service, my order to be correct, and not being asked anything else when ordering. I ended up at speedway McDonald’s and I should’ve gone to Avon. This was my first time here in almost 6 months and it’ll be my last. Thanks for the wrong order and not fixing it since y’all’s receipt machine was down I had no proof.
Very disappointing to first get charged an arm and a leg for a slice of cheese and then not even add the cheese to my sandwich. Even the label on my sandwich says ADD cheese. How hard is it to add cheese to a sandwich?
