I get McD's for my daughter once a week. It's the same order every time. Plain double cheeseburger, M fry and M Hi-C. I always check the cheeseburger because it's sometimes not plain. On Sun, I ordered, pulled up to the window, and when she handed me the bag, I checked the cheeseburger. No cheese. So, I wait until someone comes to the window. My family and I came in for dine in after placing an order through the app there was no cashier.I never got the managers name but he was a medium height middle aged African American male.We stood at the counter for a few minutes then he turned to look at us and looked away as if we were not there and continued bagging an order.He looked like he hated his job and overworked.Then he finally turns to us and said "you have to oder on the kiosk". Since when did McDonald's start using something like in Alexa and boy have things changed from when I was in fast food and you had to wear clothes covered black shoes to now employs wearing Crocs ?.
