My experience wasn't at all bad, food taste good, ambience pretty nice and cozy, servers also communicative. But please provide customers with hand sanitizer and that would be nice, the jar was on the entrance, but nothing came out when we press

The food is incredible. Worth every penny on the dollar, excellent service and plenty of room to dance. That's right, dance. I got my groove on. It was a rhythmic, delicious, Rump shaking experience.

The Salmon dinner with Salad and Chef Choice Grilled Vegetables was DELICIOUS! Loved the Veggie Wonderball with Spicy Cilantro sauce the best. Yum!

Wow !! what great service from a flagship restaurant, it's hard to find a restaurant that the food doesn't have an aversion reactions to my stomach. The authentic food and the five star service from Bethany make a place I will continue dining at this restaurant. The details with the restaurant and the state of the arts sound make you feel right at home . My son “X” enjoys his services each time we come in the server remembers his order ! Maybe next time fresh squeeze orange juice. Just kidding great job guys !!

Mimi Blue is an average upscale meatball restaurant. The service was also average. My favorite things I ate were the breaded fried cauliflower appetizer and the veggie meatball. Both of these items were delicious, I'll give them that!! I could do without the actual meatballs. This place tries to be really fancy- being at the fashion mall and all- but they don't quite meet the mark. All in all, an average experience for a place I was expecting to be much more impressive.

I had heard of Mimi Blue for years, but had never been to one since the concept seemed a little narrow to me...I mean, I like meatballs, but wasn't sure about a restaurant centered around meatballs. Well, I must say, to was more interesting than I thought it would be! I had a classic, buffalo turkey, black bean quinoa, and fried chicken (not a meatball - more like a small chicken tender) each with their own sauce. I do like that you fill out your own choices on a paper menu here because there are so many possible combinations. Heads up that the more detailed descriptions of the meatballs are only on the online menu. All were good, and I was happy with my sauce pairings. The accompanying bread was fresh and great for the leftover sauce. I had a side of fried Brussels sprouts which were excellent. Friday nights are half priced cocktails and I had an Old Fashioned with 4 Roses and a Pineapple Fizz. Both were good! Service was great, in part, because, sadly, the place was almost empty on a Friday night. We arrived around 6 and had a leisurely dinner and the whole time we were there, only a few other tables were filled. This location is in the Keystone Mall and they have an outside entrance from the parking lot and a mall entrance. Restrooms are in the mall across the food court. Despite this, we were sitting near the outside entrance and so didn't feel like we were having dinner in a mall food court other than when we needed to use the restroom.

Worst service we've experienced in years, at any restaurant. I will spare the details, but even with the manager involved early on, our service was embarrassingly bad from start to finish.

We were guests on Friday, February 23, restaurant was not crowded. Service was slow, meatballs, tasted not as good as frozen cooked in Sauce. I have eaten at the mass Avenue location and the food was very good. I had to get guest with me and this was most definitely a disappointment for someone who had never dined with you. Staff seem to be this interested in the guests

The food was pretty good and the service was good. Just seemed a little pricey for the type of food. Not terrible, but not in line with expectations.

This was my first experience with Mimi Blue at Keystone at the Crossings, and it was a lot of fun for both of us. The staff was friendly and Bethany our waitress did an outstanding job and explained everything to us. The meatballs, fried chicken and the sauces were great. I had the brisket slider which was awesome. One of the best briskets I have had for a long time. It was tender, and the sauce that was on it made it outstanding! My wife got the Brussels sprouts, and they were outstanding, definitely our favorite. We have had sprouts at a number of great restaurants, and these have definitely made the top of our list. I have always loved meatballs and Mimi's has definitely become my favorite meatball place. The staff were helpful and made our Valentines celebration totally worth it. Thank you for a relaxing fun dinner

I love Mimi Blue's - have never had a bad experience. We did wait a little while longer than I like to for our check, but overall service was good. This location is inside the fashion mall food court with an external entry, so there's a little bit of mall noise, but still very easy to converse.

I am taking a star off because we went tonight and snagged 4 meatballs of which only one was fully cooked. We went back to the cashier to show him the difference between the two and he said that's what they look when they come out of the oven. And even though one looked cooked and the other was red, they were actually both cooked.. we ended up throwing 3 out of 4 meatballs away which was a pity. I hope for a better experience next time because truly this place typically has a great burger and meatballs!

This is a unique restaurant as they emphasize their meatballs over everything else. In fact, it used to be called Mimi Blue Meatballs. Now they have other items on their menu so I guess it made sense to drop the 'Meatball' from the name. The meatballs are good. Very good. And they have a huge variety to choose from. Sauces too.

Great place for me and my wife to have a lunch date. I was at first confused on the ordering. But pick a meatball, your sauce and your sides. There are salads as well. I wasn't able to choose so I asked the waitress to give me whatever she liked. She gave me a chicken sandwich. It was good, next time I'm getting some meatballs. Fun, good staff, good food.

We have walked by for years, made a reservation a couple days before going to the mall. And cannot wait to go again the manager was all over the place making sure all was well, seeing if we needed anything ( we never did ) waiter was amazing and the food was outstanding. We have already told some friends and plan to return with a bigger party.
