Very disappointed in the portion size for the price. We sadly will not be going back. We've been long time customers, but they have changed the serving sizes and it's ridiculous what you get for the price!

Is this an Italian restaurant? Not sure, but I was surprised thru didn't offer bread and olive oil while you wait. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and it doesn't come with a sauce. Maybe the meatballs were dipped. IDK. After dinner, check out Milkshakes across the street.

Mimi Blue on Mass Ave in downtown Indianapolis is a nice spot. The food is great, with flavors that stand out. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. If you're into a quieter dining experience, Mimi Blue fits the bill. They also offer outdoor seating, which is a nice option. Overall, it's a solid choice for those looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere downtown...just around the corner from the Bottleworks Hotel.

Not bad. Not great. We started the meal off with a starter of deep fried cauliflower with garlic aioli and sharing a salad. The cauliflower was pretty good but, for the price, the salad was tiny. The garlic aioli was the best part of the starters. I had the Beef BBQ Meatballs and mom had the brisket sandwich with fries. Disappointed that the meatballs and sauce were served over top of the fried potatoes. I wish they would have been served side by side instead of bowl style. My potatoes were drowned in way too much BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce wasn't anything special and tasted like out of a bottle and there was just way too much of it. The meatballs tasted pretty good once I scraped off the extra thick sauce. The baguette seemed out of place on my plate and was way too tough to chew. Mom said the brisket sandwich was dry and the sauce that came with it was just okay. Our server was pleasant and fairly attentive. The atmosphere was nice enough. Pretty decorations and the music was not too loud. I really didn't like having to waste a large sheet of paper by having to mark an X to make my own selection for dinner. It just seems so wasteful. The manager did stop by to ask how everything was tasting. I just said everything tasted fine, which it did... it just wasn't great. I'm not generally one who complains and then was not the time to leave a brutally honest review.

Server Thomas was very patient and knowledgeable with our questions, despite it being so busy. It was a great dine to donate night for our group.
Food was so so really no flavor if it wasn't for the sauce on my meatballs they would have been so bland. Season your fries and potatoes! Didn't see the value for the money. Hamburger really had no flavor either! Sam our waiter was excellent though!
The food was delicious, but a little pricey when you pay by the meatball. We had a wonderful time as a party of 6, and we got to try lots of combinations on the menu. We had a lull when we first arrived to when we first saw our server. After that, it was a great experience overall!

Had the beef meatballs, but really wonder if I actually got the classic ones w pork. They were very garlicky and highly seasoned. I admit I gobbled up the sandwich, but probably not the best choice for a late dinner!

One of my favorite restaurants in Indy! I am a vegetarian, and I am obsessed with their veggie meatballs. I highly recommend the Dempsey sandwich, I always get this with veggie meatballs and garlic Parm sauce. It is the best sandwich ever. Their brussel sprouts are also super yummy and a must try. My partner also loves their veggie balls, and he isn't even a vegetarian!

Came in on a Friday night after 7 and didn't have to wait. We really enjoyed both of the starters- ghnocci and the white bean soup. Otherwise I didn't think any of the meatballs were that special. Pretty dry honestly. We also ordered the banana pudding because we have heard others talk about how delicious it was. Tasted pretty chemically. Was with my sister and she had had this before and said it tasted off. We mentioned it to the waitress to see if anyone else had mentioned something that night- and she took it off of our bill. We weren't trying to get anything for free but appreciated the gesture. Would have appreciated if the waitress had visited more frequently were were out of beverages several times. She had tables inside the restaurant and in the outside.

The staff of Mimi Blues catered my husband‘s 40th birthday and Mimi‘s made it even more extravagant with the love and care that they put into their food and to their service. I sincerely thank all of them for the wonderful hospitality each of them gave for this event. I received a multitude of compliments from almost every single guest about how wonderful and tasty and delicious all of the food was. When I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted with smiles and helpful attitudes even though I was 15 minutes early to pick it up. I have been in contact with Aaron and Jeff, and they answered all of my questions gracefully. They had the most patience with someone who asks an TON OF QUESTIONS and took care of me as if I was their own family. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
