FRESH and freshly made in front of the customer. These ladies are super polite and eager to please. The food was great and flavorful. The atmosphere is like sit down fast food but the experience is more cafeteria style. My first visit but I'll definitely be back.

This company charged me 3 times on my debit card, the owner was supposed to get back with me after employees promised I would get my money back due to a card reader malfunction but never did. Now I have to report as fraud to my bank. Will not visit again!! Beware!!

I came in Friday night just before 6:30 and really wanted to turn around. The employees we're all like zombies in there no one had a smile on their face everyone looked mad and evil and forbid the little short lady with the red hair just leaning on the counter act like she don't care what's going on. How do you clean in the middle of serving customers? It was gross,Now don't get me wrong I love this place and been coming for years but after seeing Time after Time how the customers get treated at night and people cleaning while there is a line full of customers unnecessary and unbelievable so I probably will come back in but I much rather come during the day because those employees are very happy they're nice and I never have a problem when I do come during days they greet us they joke with us and if there is any mistake they make it right I really appreciate them but next time sorry to say I will get my food and go. By the way I usually get a 1/2 gallon of chilli and a tenderloin which the chilli is amazing but the tenderloin seems to be over cooked

Nick's makes a great tenderloin. A customer suggested trying a hot dog deep fried. I'm gonna have to try that next time. I always get a bowl of 5 way chili to go and add some Tabasco at home!

Wow if I could only give no stars . . Smh Nick's chilli has fell off frfr. I got a foot long chilli cheese dog the bun was soggy and the hot dog was cold gross. The service was slow and unorganized. We had to go get our burger when they were supposed to bring it to our table ? to top it off the soda machine had no carbonation. Needless to say I will not be returning

The food was nice the service was excellent the atmosphere reminds meOf a Waffle House lunch only offerings. I ordered a chili/cheese footlong with slaw and extra and my daughter a dbl cheeseburger with cheesy fries and onion rings. The food was delicious and the cooks and waitstaff was great. My only complaint is the silverware was dirty so it was great they had the plastic ware verses the real thing. But all in all it was a small dining quick lunch option.
