This was my first time trying this company. It was disgusting! I ordered through Uber eats I got my order fast but everything tasted burned or reheated including the garlic bread. My meatballs weren’t fresh as you would think they would be they taste as if they were delivered frozen and reheated for the day. The sauce tastes like Ragu….maybe I was kidding myself to think a place that ONLY does pasta would have fresh ingredients. It resembles Fazoli’s but ironically Fazoli’s is better and that’s sad.I called the store to make sure my order was correct I spoke with a Megan who didn’t ask me how my day was even though I asked her, she seemed irritated with my call. Bring the undercover boss show back geesh!

Their Alfredo Montamore is delicious as well as their snickerdoodle cookie. The ingredients tastes fresh and it has a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I love to come here for my lunch

Frequent customers have seen the quality of the food decline in the last couple of years. On 9/10/23 got two bowls with meat and buttered noodles. The meat was OK but the noodles were overcooked, gummy and lukewarm. Very disappointing. We expect better from a restaurant that's named "Noodles & Company.

We had to send food back multiple times because the cook continued to add mushrooms even though we ordered without, due to an allergy. The cashier was incredibly rude the second time we had to send it back, demanding that we dig out the mushrooms to show her. This used to be my go-to for lunch but the last 2-3 experiences here have been poor.
never been so not sure what to expect. 330 on a Thursday . Not busy. first impression walking in smells a little like sour mop. Very dirty inside, floors, front counter where ordering, table are sticky and you can see dried rings from cups. Coke dispenser is filthy. Condiment area filthy. Food nothing to write home about. not much flavor, dry and hardly any broccoli, mushrooms, carrot etc. Got the Pan noodles. 11$ with a tip. Will I get ill from the food, no. Would I go back again, no. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the way they keep their dining room. If they don't clean the part the customers see, what does the part we don't see look like. Try one of the Thai restaurants in the vicinity.

The noodle dishes are decent. The staff today was very pleasant and genuinely helpful. The dining area was clean, but the noise level and close proximity of tables feels like eating in a high school

Decided to try the zucchini noodles as pad Thai gluten free low carb was my goal. Got the regular size It tasted okay not great. It definitely needed more noodles and meat. It was like a noodle shortage. The people were and service was good. I was very confused when i went to use the restroom. I was looking for mens or women's. I don't know what they have going on there but it was weird. They need to post a tutorial to explain it to folks.
