First time I got a super dry buntlett! I will not be going back to this location. They obviously take no pride in their product. It was packed wrong and she practically wadded the bag when she closed our buntletts inside. I was so disappointed. Been waiting weeks for my husband to bring me to a Nothing Bunt Cakes. Should have went to the Northside. Waste of time and money.

Today was my lucky day. I took advantage of the bogo and was able to use my free cake on my punch card. You can't beat that. Fast yet friendly service. I was in and out. Make sure to visit your local store for a sweet treat.

Very, very good, tasty, soft, fresh cake and I could eat a cup off just the icing. Clean place, the dude behind the counter was helpful. You can get little personalized cakes or a big one. You can also get extra icing. I recommend this place and I never recommend places.

My son has an allergic disorder called Eosinophilic esophagitis and is also allergic to wheat and they were one of the ONLY places that were affordable and had AMAZING gluten free cakes. Their chocolate chip cookie cake is gluten free and you would never know. It was literally our saving grace for my poor son when he got diagnosed

Thank you for your courage and conviction to not down from a screaming Karen. We all love dogs and cats and furry friends but they should not be around food and potentially contaminate.Especially for people who are allergic and use products thinking they are safe.Sounds like this woman hasn't been told no enough when it comes to her bratty behavior.

Was excited to see it in area. Walked in and the manger was super rude. I had my pup with me (a toy poodle) in my arms. He weighs 3 pounds. He let me stand there for about 2 mins before he rudely said “ there’s no dogs allowed” I was ok with it. Took the pup to the car, went back in got my cake. I suggested maybe he should put a sign up stating there’s no pets allowed so that me or whoever else in the future would be aware. Again with a nasty attitude he didn’t agree, stated “I’m not going to allow it.” Which is totally fine but if there’s no sign stating that how would anyone know, So that they don’t have to be approached with rude customer service. I will NOT attend this location again, Totally uncalled for.
