Service was very good - a few items popped on the menu, the appetizers were quite good and we had great service. Main course fell a little flat, both my and my wife's dish needed a bit more basic salt and pepper seasoning.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and it was a very pleasant experience. They provided complementary champagne and put roses on our table. It was very romantic, the food was delicious and the service was delightful. I'd recommend this for a special occasion.

Ocean Prime serves really good food, and the people who refill your water are great at their job, always making sure you have enough. But, the waiter we had wasn't the best. He acted more like he was trying to sell us a car than help us enjoy our meal, which felt a bit off when we are spending $150 per person.This took away a little from what would've been a good visit to Ocean Prime.

Had dinner here to celebrate spring break. Eric, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions on food and wine. (Thanks Eric!) Service is great! Food is delicious. We had a great time here. It was Sunday so the restaurant was not busy at all, three tables were seated during our time here at the main dining room, which works out great, making it feel more relaxed. Definitely would come back for our next date night.

I went to dinner for the first time and it did not disappoint! Justin was our server and as amazing as the food was our service was just as amazing! I will definitely be back.
This place is my favorite for celebrations..my youngest daughter turned 22 and she chose to celebrate here...they have the best lobster linguine and biggest creme brulee....service is always wonderful and yes I will be returning ❤️

10/10 experience! Our server was JUSTIN and he was great! He was a character, funny, and could tell he loves chumming it up with customers! We asked for recommendations and none of them missed; all were great. Ask for Justin as your server!
We were greeted with smiles at the Hostess Stand. They pulled up the reservation, and sat us immediately. The server assistant got us water, Dupree waited on us, very professional and a positive individual. Asked about cocktails, I said I thought we'd start with champagne, he said I like your style. Actually got an ice bucket verses a cold cylinder. Told us about the specials. Manager Nick introduced himself, and asked if we'd like to get anything started I asked for the truffle popcorn, Ocean roll with minimal rice, & Gouda tots. Dupree took diner order and opened both the Chardonnay & Pinot, placed chard in ice bucket which we appreciated. The salmon was wonderful and cooked perfectly my seafood salad with extra egg dressing and additional sautéed shrimp were perfect. I truly seem service staff are happy and trained. Very nice dinner!
I had our anniversary planned to eat dinner there and I called the actual restaurant and asked could we receive the rose pedals and and desert with her name on it so it could be something special for her she's never been and wanted to go to the restaurant ..when we got there they sat us outside no rose pedals and they gave us our dessert to go I didn't wanna say anything or make a scene because my wife was enjoying us having dinner it just sucks I would have thought ocean prime would have been more prepared for a $400 dinner.
Our waitress was focused more on her other table, so I service was sub-par, but the food was very good, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

As per usual, our dining experience in the bar at Ocean Prime was wonderful. Mike, the Bar Manager, engaged with us in his usual, thoughtful manner. Keaton, our server, provided excellent service in a relaxed manner. Keaton, always goes the extra mile — providing balances on unused gift cards— and he confirmed a cocktail recipe particulars upon request. The house salad, crab cake, and scallops were delicious. We look forward to returning soon.
We dine at Ocean Prime often. It never disappoints. There was one exception once but the manager surprised us with a gift card but even than the food was amazing. Ashley was our server & she was amazing. Checking in on us & suggested few new items out of which we tried one & were delighted. Teriyaki salmon was amazing & my New York strip was cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back.

Came back again for another round and, once again, it was great. Started with the Ocean Roll followed by a blue cheese-crusted filet and the tater tots. Bartender Dakota took good care of me. Can't beat this place!

Kristen was our server and she did an amazing job! Everything was perfect from the tuna tartare she recommended to the the crème brûlée and espresso martini at the end. Both entrees were cooked perfectly; I highly recommend the teriyaki salmon! Can't wait for the next time I get the chance to come back!
