When ordering and asking questions about the menu, instead of answering, the employee got short and said she already answered my question, when she didn't. I was shocked at her rude response and decided to leave and eat elsewhere. I'd suggest anyone else do the same

First of all, my to-go order is scheduled for 11:27 and it’s 11:22.. the lady came out and offered me a free drink and an appetizer of my choice because it wouldn’t be ready for another 7 minutes, no biggie for me but, I’m thoroughly satisfied with your service. I work for a business called Culture Solutions Group (we fix failing companies, drive culture, increase sales and teach how to exceed customer expectations) , bravo Panda! You guys exceeded my expectations!!Thank you Daisy ?

Picked up the food at drive-thru and went home. And found one side was missing. Ordered and paid the bigger plate but, it was the plate only. Need to improve the accuracy. It’s Panda Express #1888.

Walked in to order and everybody in there was on their phones. No one even asked me could they help me. After standing there for so long I left. East 96th

The staff is rude. I have also had issues with finding ants in my food at this location. Never again.

The workers were very patient. My girls took a while to decide and they were very patient. Restaurant was clean and it was all around a pretty decent atmosphere. The food was really good except my noodles were a tiny but undercooked. The orange chicken was amazing. Highly recommend. 3 people, 2 main courses and a side a piece, plus egg rolls and crab Rangoon. $30! I was surprised!Parking: I got a spot right up front! They have a drive thru as well!Kid-friendliness: Very patient with my 2 little ones who have never tried the food and were being picky. They helped out and explained everything. I asked for to go plates and the were sweet and accommodating.

Hi I'm pre-diabetic I was felt rushed and didn't feel I had time to order something healthy. Instead ordered two kinds of entrées that were fried and noodles that were starchy . I had to almost had to beg to order vegetables. Aa I waa eating something that I paid for and hungry I noticed they were serving grilled chicken wich wasn't even listed on the menu. Also the price wasn't listed for a bowl and a plate. If I known difference I chosen the bowl which cost less than the plate.

NOTE: The rating is just based on tonight.Normally, the food is amazing and delicious, this was not the case tonight. I understand that my husband and I went according to the drive thru person “closing soon” though it was 8:00pm and they close at 9:00pm, but the way my food was plated was unforgivable. I ordered Chow Mein with Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken and my husband got Chow Mein with Angus Steak and Beijing Beef. When we got home (15-20 after ordering), I opened my husbands food and it was looked amazing, I opened mine and my Chow Mein was vegetables with a side of noodles. The chicken was delicious as always, but, I could not enjoy my Chow Mein as it was almost all vegetable. I did not eat any as it was not enjoyable but I did spend my time separating and noticing how little I actually got. It is unacceptable to have spent over $20 for this food and only my husband could fully enjoy it.

Orange Chicken was good. Noodles were a little dry. Unfortunately, got the staff to give me smaller portions than other guests , especially I paid extra.
