I ordered my food online and my sandwich was custom. However the things I asked for extra of I didn’t get. There was no extra toppings or chicken which I asked for. There was also no cookies in my bag and they were circled and said “don’t have” I did go to the counter and ask about them and I was given them. The younger girl making sandwiches really needs more training!!! I order the same thing everytime and this has been the only time my order wasn’t made correctly!

I went to Panera bread on 56th in lawrence.the service was tops.the food was terrible ?!for eighteen dollars it was not worth it.the chicken was in pieces the arugula was bad and the chicken wild rice was warm not hot.the avocado look too ripe.The bread tasted old.The worst food I've ever had and I had no drink.

I ordered a dozen bagels. I went to go pick up my bagels at the counter and the cashier just handed me a big bag. The cashier told me that they didn't have any bagel containers. They also didn't give me my receipt; and they had the nerve to ask me for a tip when I paid for my order.
