Came in for the Hazelnut coffee; however, I spotted a Asiago Cheese Bagel. The individual that took my order (Anthony) asked if I’d like it sliced and toasted. What a great idea!This location has a laid back vibe. Outside dining is available and it’s tidy inside and out.I usually get the Mediterranean Veggie & a Hazelnut Coffee. The Garden Avo & Egg White sandwich is awesome.On my way out, another staff member (didn’t get her name); held the door for me. Great customer service and experience!

The fact that nobody at Panera feels compelled to reply to any of these reviews should tell you something...This might be the worst Panera I've ever been to, which is a shame because it is a good location and a nice new store. Everything I have ordered here is slapped together with ZERO thought or pride. Go somewhere else. (Sorry Panera)

I generally love Panera, this particular one I had a not so good experience. There was a mix up in my order of pick two. Happens, but it took them waaaay too long to fix it. The manager made me wait at the counter for a good 5 mins , and I could see him in the back fixing or rearranging stuff, which I felt wasn't a priority while your guest is waiting. Esp, after a goof up on their part. Then he was busy (without speaking a word to me or explaining what he wS doing) at the register, he voided my transaction and took money out and kept the money, gave me a dollar and some cents and took more time to make me a half sandwich. Finally when the food came , my son was done and I had to take it to go. The food was okay. Place was neat n clean.

Cash ONLY. We’ve came in the evenings and it’s cash only. The staff is VERY rude. We went through the drive thru and it took 15 minutes for ONE sandwich!!!
So I went to Panera today because it’s my favorite place in every state, but I guess because it’s new the food and service was terrible, I always have to get bagels for my grandkids, I ordered a half dozen and got 5, the 3 cinnamon crunch I ordered wasn’t cut properly so it caused the tops of each one to burn I’m sure they noticed that but still gave them to me the staff was rude that threw me off so this trip I didn’t check my food needless to say I won’t return to this location

Okay, it's good, this is my 2st time. But now a days it's expensive later then 2022.The reason couldn't understand , the quantity r less than last year.
I come to this location often to study because it's the closest to where I live, and I have the sip club to try to save money. Every time I come, none of the employees smile at anyone (truly have never seen one, even any managers smile at customers). They have never been outright rude to me, but I have seen different employees being rude to a customer at least once every time I am here. I try to avoid having to talk to any of them because they don't listen, or just flat out ignore me and other customers. I feel frustrated with this location because it is the worst one I have experienced customer-facing. Honestly, when I have more time I go anywhere else to avoid it here, but sometimes don't have much of an option. Panera Management, please help your locations that are struggling. I can't tell if they just don't know how to talk to customers, or just don't care, but it sucks for everyone coming in.Update: as I was sitting here this evening, a customer that ordered coffee shared with the employee at the front that the coffee was cold. He told her to microwave it and walked away. Not 5 minutes later after the customer had left, he brought out 3 new carafes. I feel so bad for customers who get treated this way.

Ordered the southwest chicken sandwich and salad. The sandwich was terrible. Took it back and they made us feel like we were at fault. We asked for chips but got apples. When we asked to switch to chips, they looked at us like we were wrong. Very poor help.
