Got the honey garlic wings and rice. Only came with 3 wings and a 2 scoops of rice for $17 after tax.the wings were dry and the rice was WAY over cooked. Pure mush. Not worth it, and on top of that his instagram page is VERY sexist, ignorant and unprofessional. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. ?

Went in this place because it was conveniently the only place opened at the time. Went in, paid $29 for 10 wings & was supposed to get a large fry. He tells us the food will be ready in 12-15 minutes so we left, & ended up coming back in 30 minutes, but as soon as we walked in he was literally JUST THEN dropping our food. We were one of the first people in there and he ended up serving all the other customers before us. Then he told us about 3 more minutes and we ended up sitting in there for 15 extra until we got our food. Then he asks us did we want the fries in a separate bag and I said no I want them first because I was going to eat them on the way home since I had already been waiting. He ends up handing us the food and the fries were literally at the VERY BOTTOM literally BURIED under the chicken with only about 8-10 fries. (Mind you this was to feed 3 people) He tried to hide the fries at the bottom so we wouldn't see we got ripped off till we got home. This man is a crook. Then had the audacity to charge $.75 for a 2 oz bbq sauce. Fries were flavorless and tasted like pure cardboard. The chicken was extremely crunchy and overcooked, and WAY too chewy. Literally was better off not even going there. Extremely unprofessional and most definitely will NOT be back. Do NOT waste your money going here.

I had the honey garlic pepper wings. They were pretty good. The food came out at the time they said it would. They seem pretty nice. Considering I had purchased a 10 piece, the amount of fries were small. Very small. I guess I'll have to order extra fries. Lastly, there are so many different menus online all with different prices so its confusing to understand their prices.

In fairness I ordered some wings for dinner a year ago and I am just now getting around to reviewing it. PBC may be better now. For me though this was terrible. The wings were frozen then fried and they had freezer burn which makes the wings tough and nasty. The little room I waited in was hot and dirty and the man who took my order and fried it acted like he didn't want to wait on me or be there. For the price and the experience I never went back.

Kevin is the man! His attention to the quality, the service he provides, and size of portions has made me a repeat customer. I will be telling friends and family about this place!

They food was so good! I'll definitely get the wings wet next time but it's definitely flavorful and cooked well! I wish I got more fries. Be aware they didn't have typically take out containers but it's fine. The space is takeout only but you can sit outside (1 table) to wait for your items. Also they are open til 3am on the weekend. It'll definitely become a weekly spot.

Warm food delivered at 2:30a and very tasty. Definitely an East Side staple.

I've heard the hours for this restaurant are hit or miss because it's one person operating the business by himself so I was sensitive to that. On the Papa Bear's Instagram, they posted they were open today until late so I drove there for a late lunch. I arrived and they were closed. The doors were locked. I'm done with this place. I like supporting local businesses, but this is too much trouble. I'm done.

Can't believe I didn't try this place for so long. Those wings give KSR a run for their money. Sadly, he was outta bleu cheese dip but still absolutely fire.

I'm in town for the big dog show at the Fairgrounds and popped in for lunch. I got the chicken philly sandwich and fries. So yummy! And visiting with the owner was also delightful. He referred me to the gentleman next door for his yummy lemonade and I had me quite the scrumptious lunch.
