Called and ordered two pizzas stuffed crust 45 dollars after 10 dollar tip at 11 o'clock, an hour before closing time and around 12 when they are supposed to be closed I went to check wth was up and find out they canceled my order with out notice. Seems lazy and extremely unprofessional to me. People don't want to work nor do they care about what needs to be done. Absolutely terrible service, I will never order from here again too many issues with papa Jerks service.

The guy Mason that runs the store is an absolute Pizza genius!! I've literally ordered pizzas from hundreds of other stores and they've never came close to the delicious decadent meal that was prepared for me this evening by the young man named Mason!! Thank you sir for your fine dining experience! We will absolutely be back for more pizza pies

I ordered a pizza for delivery, received breadsticks. I tried to call to get it fixed, and no one answered the phone. I decided to show up in person. When i arrived, they were going to remake my pizza but not credit me delivery, service charge, or tip. I asked for some sort of compensation, and the only option was a refund. That is terrible customer service. Their response to not answering the phone was they were busy. Do not come to this location.

They lost my pickup order and then tried to give me one of my pizzas and some elses breadsticks after they took the label off of it. They said I could either take half of my order or wait 30 mins to remake the missing pizzas. I told them I wanted my food and a refund after being there for 20 mins. Instead the manager had some choice words, cancelled my order and then tried to fight me.

Will never order from Pappas Johns again. Its understandable to have an off day, but eveytime we order, we consistently do not receive items we ordered and paid for. NEVER AGAIN.

The person who delivered the pizza was very rude and responded rudely last time ordering and it’s the fact that the pizza guy was arguing with kids that literally didn’t do anything to him
