Don’t try to pay with cash. They don’t have change so I had to leave to get change somewhere else then come back for my food. Also, there was loud vulgar music blaring inside the whole place. My papa’s bites were also wrong.

I ordered the ultimate pepperoni and asked for extra cheese instead of them.Giving me the ultimate pepperoni.They just put extra cheese and then a few pepperoni's on top.And when I ask they said they're all under the cheese.But when I was eating it there is no pepperoni's underneath the cheese?

Absolute rude workers. Food came, missing sauces. The sauces that did come were all over the boxes . The food looked like it was dropped . Cheese stuck to the box. Called to see what they could do to make this right. The first person I spoke to agreed to remake the order. The other worker in the back started cussing me out and saying they weren't remaking the order and then hung up on me. Tried calling back since 10 pm and been put on hold everytime.

This store is the worst Papa Johns that I have ever had to deal with - first the very rude delivery driver, then even worse was the manager!! They are young unprofessional idiots!! I called Corporate office and reported just how badly I was treated as a costumer - hopefully Corporate handles this disrespectful run store!!! I will never order from this dump ever again...

I haven't eaten at Papa John's in a couple years, now I remember why. Not the worst pizza I've had but definitely up there.I got a pizza with spinach. Very little cheese and hardly any spinach and the sauce tasted weird.I would have given a lower rating but the staff was nice and were very prompt with the pizzas.Definitely not going back ever again. Little Caesars of all places is better than what I got Saturday

Food is usually good, but tonight's valentine pizza was worse than a frozen pizza. It was BAD! Employees are nice and efficient. However, my rating was based on one consistent problem...you delivery drivers parking the Papa John's car right up in front along the curb is first, very DANGEROUS...yet again, tonight nearly causing an accident. Two...it is utterly disrespectful to customers who park in parking spaces and walk up in the front door....after going around your delivery car that hogs the space right in front of the door. Two consistent issues...you are creating a parking lot hazard and disrespecting your customers. IF management knows about this and continues to allow it, I won't be back and you will show you do not care about your customers. Shame on you if you don't resolve this issue!
This place sucks. Delivered to wrong house. Called and they said they’d replace and send another driver. Still didn’t come after over an hour. Every time we called they didn’t answer. Finally just drove up there. Teens working in pajamas , dirty clothes, all unsanitary. Very bad attitudes. This papa John’s is horrible ?

Both items I ordered were burnt. I should have checked it before I left there was only one employee making a pizza and running the counter at the same time while five other set in the back and watched. Am hoping to get my money back tomorrow.

First off I’m absolutely sick to my stomach I have hair in my ******* pizza it’s a red or brown curly hair in the pizza NEITHER ME OR MY GIRLFRIEND HAVE THAT COLOR HAIR OR HAVE CURLY HAIR FOR THAT MATTER AND SECOND I WAS MISSING MOST OF THE STUFF I PAID FOR AND WAS TOLD I COULD EITHER GET A CREDIT OR WAIT A HOUR AND A HALF
