Had to send the pizza back for them to reheat it after waiting 1.5 hours. I was also advised DoorDash has taken over their delivery service, hence the wait. After getting my pizza for the second time they forgot the 2 extra sauces I paid for. Super disappointing.
I seldom get pizza from this location because they are EXTREMELY SLOW, they need major customer service training (I believe there's a lot of teens working here without experience). There is also limited parking in front of the storefront but extra parking on the side which poses a safety hazard for customers. Do not order delivery. It will be contracted out to doordash who do not have hot bags big enough for a pizza! For a $4.99 delivery they should really be able to pay drivers enough to have a full staff in house especially on a Friday.
