I ordered a pizza and the lady took my order and sent me the wrong pizza . I called the store an told the lady I had the wrong pizza she insisted I had the right order and put me on hold and that was her way of not answering any more of my calls

Used to be a pretty good pizza.Last two times I've got one there, they were pretty bad.It's just gone down hill over the past few years.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Go to Some Guys at 62nd and Allisonville . Much better quality at the same price.

Have been going here for years! They always make really great pizza here and when you tell them extra ingredients on your pizza they always put extra on. Love this location and never had a problem.

Went inside to order a pizza and a nice lady by the name of what I was told by other employee was SHELBY! Whom was very professional and friendly and helpful and suggested that I order a New York style pizza with Xtra pepperoni and Xtra cheese! I went with it and I was very glad that I had! It looked as though it had been made for a commercial! That GOOD! And it tasted GREAT too! Thank you so much Shelby! Best pizza I've had in awhile!

I'm trying to be a little more conscious of reviewing businesses existing in my neighborhood, both indies and national chains. I doubt there's anyone who doesn't know Papa John's, a national chain likely considered one of the more major players in terms of chain pizza. This is located in a strip center that also houses Dollar General, Peace of Mind Pub & Eatery, and a handful of other businesses. As is true for all Papa John's locations, this is either a delivery or carry-out joint with no dine-in option. You can order online and Papa John's does have a rewards program that is fairly generous. This particular location seems to utilize DoorDash for their delivery options. I'd received an offer via text for a reward to encourage my business since I hadn't ordered from here in a bit. As I was already kind of craving pizza, I decided to use it. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery. I paid by credit card online including tip. The delivery charge was $4.99, though they do have periodic specials around delivery - I was already using my offered discount so essentially they get their money one way or the other. That said, it was still a pretty good deal. Employees are always friendly here and on my most recent visit yesterday the pizza arrived earlier than expected. Yet, the pizza was still nicely done and quite tasty. When I was younger, I wasn't particularly a fan of Papa John's, however, over the years I've started to appreciate their pizza more. No one is going to confuse it for gourmet pizza, but for a quick, easy, and affordable pizza it's pretty tasty. I don't typically get sides, though Papa John's does have a variety of side and dessert options along with Papa Bowls and Papadias. I like getting bread, though I consider the prices a bit steep and typically skip it. The online system works pretty well and is also fairly intuitive. I think it's fair to call this a solid middle of the road experience. The pizza was fine, the driver was friendly, the prices were fair, and the order itself was correct and early.
