I, like many others, ordered take out pizzas on Halloween. This Papa John's was run like a well-greased machine! Everyone had their job down pat, were extremely professional, and W♡W... the pizzas were hot and delicious, just like usual! There had to be 20 people waiting patiently... all smiles and I'm sure happy to be at that Papa John's! Kudos to the employees, managers, and general manager! I'm impressed!
This is what made me mad I worked all day I get home at 8 I have pizza delivered to my house for the family so I have to pay for the pizza I have to pay for the delivery and when we get the pizza it's burnt then I have to get back in my car drive to the store get another pizza so in reality, I paid someone to not deliver my pizza. So I would at the very least, tell people not to get their pizza from this location.

Papa John's is a national chain. It is not trendy. This is your "garden variety" pizza place, with budget tastes. There isn't much here to critique, really. This particular branch has adequate service. There is no seating. The ambience of the place is very factory floor operations. (You can see the cooks slinging pizzas into the oven, just behind the cash register.) The service was fairly quick, though, for a Friday night rush; and the cashier was friendly.
