I love the original Italian and extra crispy fries. This is, however, the very first time I've been to a Penn Station and it seemed at the bottom of the oven was not cooking the bread, and the fries were quite dark yet not crispy. It does not change my opinion of Penn station overall. I will come back and give them another try as I always do.

Food was okay. All equipment that was visible to customers was covered in grease. Employees were standing around a lot. No supervision. Time to lean- time to clean! Will not go back to this one.

I orderd a ruebun. No meat it was just bread it was sliver didnt even cover the bread. Barely any dressing or sourkrauut worst. Had to get rid of the top bun just to eat it and add meat. If you want flavored bread you are the choice. In my opinion hardeez is 5 ttimes better.

Best penn station location - everyone is always so nice! Food is amazing, and always correct!
I got a Dagwood and it needed to go through the toaster oven one more time because some parts were still cold cheese was barley melted. The workers were teenagers playing with the rolls of tape like kids( even the manager)

I just left that place and let me tell you, the service was the best customer service I have had in along time and the food was mouth watering the fries perfect the food made to perfection, I am throughly impressed . Great job all of them I mean everyone greeted us coming in and leaving .. seemed happy to be there !! I would give you guys a 10 star if I could… The crew that worked 11/16/23 around 830 pm were really awesome …. Thanks for the great service !!!

After a phone in order had to wait for over 20 minutes to pay and get food as the person collecting payments left the food packed and needed a couple verbal reminders. Food was ready and visible before I got there. If you’re in a hurry skip this location. Coming from someone who loves penn station the service and speed to get your food because of person taking the payment is just deplorable.
