Good food, friendly staff.Wide noodles (with everything) were pretty soggy, but the sauce, meats and veggies were good.Probably an old strip-mall bar; not bad, but no windows. 21st st not that scenic anyway.

Been there for many years, always good, but they changed the ownership. Pho became tasteless (more liked watery taste), less meat and chewy. Won't back

This gem is wonderful! I have a friend who is absolutely obsessed with the place. When they first opened, I lived in Braeburn VIllage...total walking distance, but for some reason I just never felt comfortable going or even eating in. My bowl of pho was so big! It was under 20$, but the amount of pho could easily feed four people and you could add appetizers instead of everyone ordering a meal. The atmosphere is awesome. Quiet, relaxing. The staff were very pleasant. They came out to several tables around us and showed the people how to eat the items that they had ordered. I would go again! I had the chicken pineapple pho and it was perfect!

Great authentic place for Vietnamese food. The portions are big with great service. I always order the Bahn xeo or the diy spring roll platter.

I recently dined at Pho 21 and my experience was a bit hit or miss. The Bo la lot was mediocre, and the Pho barely earned a 5/10 in my book. The Com tham dac biet, however, salvaged the meal with a decent 7/10.The disappointment lay in the Pho's broth, lacking the deep and rich flavor I crave. On the upside, the Com tham dac biet showcased well-cooked meat and flavorful elements. The server was attentive, ensuring a satisfactory dining experience. The restaurant's environment was pleasant, contributing positively to the overall visit. While not a standout, Pho 21 has its moments.Additionally, the che at Pho 21 was just okay—nothing particularly special. It didn't leave a lasting impression, contributing to an overall average experience.

We trust no one else to make our Vietnamese food! They are absolutely the very best, they remember their customers and their orders & preferences. They make the only boba tea and shrimp fried rice that my daughter likes. My new favorite is the #53 with peanut sauce instead of fish sauce.?

Last night I mistakenly ordered form this restaurant thinking that I had ordered from phos #1 out south. I didn't realize my error until I made it to the resultant I intended on eating from. It was so late at night and I was exhausted and really wasn't able to make the trip all the way there further away from home. I called and explained the situation and they refused to give me a refund because the food was already made. So not only did I have to travel an additional 8 miles ( not to mention the fact that it seems this has happened to other Patons before because they knew the exact restaurant I was calling from and because the drive was 15 minutes from there to them it basically shouldn't be a big deal) once I finally got back home I was quite disappointed with the food. The meat sticks were extremely small and you only get two. It wasn't worth the $6.95. The shrimp fried rice had a very waxy texture and I'm not sure if it was from the corn or the shrimp itself. The chicken and veggies in house sauce was pretty good though but all in all this was $43 I wish I hadn't spent.
