*BEWARE*
I used Pi Indy for my wedding of 170 people. The issues all started when the lack of communication started to happen after I paid my deposit. It was very hard to get a hold of the owner Lawrence. He had no other employees that had any contact with me. Just a few weeks before my wedding I had reached out several times through text phone call and email. I needed to know arrival time, final head count and what he was providing. Finally, after asking for my security deposit back because of his lack of communication he sent me an email stating that typically he doesn’t have this many correspondence with someone that has a price point of only $4000. Mind you he had already changed what I owed him at this point four times. At this point I was too close to the wedding to change caters. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. Lawrence advised that he would be bringing his food truck and setting up tents to keep the flow of pizza for our guest on the day of the wedding. Lawrence was not there with his food truck nor did he have a tent. Instead he sent his employees with new boxes of pizza ovens that they set up just prior to serving dinner, my guest had to wait a very long time in line to get food. This actually through my photographers timeline off and cost me to lose photos of me and my husband. I then went into the kitchen that evening and let the staff know that I have had a really hard time getting a hold of Lawrence and I would like for him to reach out to me. The staff themselves were great. They agreed that they would let him know to call me. The next day Lawrence advised my mom that they would be receiving a refund which they never did. Instead, Lawrence advised to my mom that we would not be receiving anything due to the fact that we were disrespectful. I advised Lawrence that obviously we weren’t too disrespectful because his staff we’re on my dance floor, dancing, and taking tequila shots that my father-in-law bought for them. This has been the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with, and I would not recommend them whatsoever. My venue even agreed that they would never place them on their list or recommend them to any future couples. I am out of money and pictures now.

This was the best pizza I have had so far in Indy. The only downfall is now I have to chase them around lol. It’s worth the drive to wherever they are though!
