I visited Pier 48 last Friday. After checking into the Hyatt, I walked next door since I was starving from my flight. I didn't expect much but instead, I got an incredible experience from start to finish! The main floor was booked for over an hour so I squeezed into the bar by myself. Every single bartender was kind, polite, and professional and constantly checked to make sure I was good on drinks. That tuna poke appetizer was out of this world good! Service was slow and the server was busy talking to coworkers and not attentive at all, never checked in to see if I needed a drink or how the food was. The food and drinks were good, service drags the score down.

We traveled to Indy from Tennessee - my husband needed a procedure, and we were sent to IUH. After his procedure, he was limited on things he could eat - and the staff at Pier 48 were understanding, helpful, and accommodating.. thank you so much for helping us end 2 days of stress at the hospital.. we're home now and wish we had some salmon and rice - so delicious!
