How is this location still in business? When I arrived to pick up my order there was nobody in the store. 5 minutes later 2 women came out of the bathroom zipping up their pants. 1 was the employee the other was I'm guessing her girlfriend. My order wasn't ready on time even though I was the only customer in the store. When I got my food home and opened everything the pizza wasn't fully cooked. The cheese was unmelted and the crust was still doughy. I paid extra for cheesesticks but was given breadsticks. I would stay away from this place at all costs and hopefully it will be closed permanently or under new management soon!

I order from pizza hut in Fort Wayne regularly, the exact same order everytime. I ordered from this one paid for extra toppings and got regular, asked for light sauce and it’s definitely over sauced. An almost $40 order absolutely wrong.

Placed an order online for carry out. When I arrived to pick up the order, the order was incorrect. Instead of remaking the order the employee cooked some toppings and placed them on top of the pizza. Keep in mind I ordered a dinner box which consisted two pizzas (one which was incorrect), pasta and breadsticks. They then agreed to remake the pizza. When I received the re-make order, I received two lukewarm pizzas (one with hot toppings), luke warm pasta, and luke warm bread sticks. This is the second time this location has messed up my order. I understand mistakes happen but this is becoming to be a bit excessive especially when they were not busy and were sitting down watching a football game when I arrived. In addition to this the employee seemed upset when I asked for a refund. I am not sure what is going on with this Pizza Hut but I will not be returning. nor do I recommend this location.

I Had An Issue With My Order When Actually The Next Day I Found One Of The Issues Was My Mistake. The GM Dakota Reached Out To Me And Exceptional Service And Was Very Caring. Although One Of My Complaints Was From A Mistake I Made He Understood And Reassured Me Mistakes Happen And It Was Okay. I Appreciate Dakota A Lot Because He Was Patient And Super Sweet And Nice. This Is My Go To Pizza Hut And Im Glad They Have A GM Like Dakota.

Don’t order from here. They don’t have care and consideration to ensure your food is prepared or delivered correctly. They didn’t send an entire pizza with my order. They often don’t include my 2-liter when I order one. Plus, they use DoorDash for delivery, and they take no responsibility.Good luck getting ahold of the store. They don’t answer their phones because they have a phone answering service that takes their orders for them.I’m done ordering from them.
