I have not eaten at Pizza Hut for about 20 years and was craving a deep dish pizza. I ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni, extra pepperoni, and extra cheese. The price was over $27. I get home and open the box to find less than 3 pepperoni per slice and barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. I guess it's my fault for not opening the lid at the counter. I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. I could have gotten twice as much pizza at any other pizza joint for less than $27. Now I see why this location doesn't even have 3 stars. I got ripped off big time. Never again!

Service was immaculate, I had trouble placing my order online which prompted me to call the store. The young lady Jacky was very polite and helpful when placing my order. When I came to pick up my order my food was amazing, very hot and done in a timely fashion. I will be back the team was great! Good job ?
I ordered a pizza to go with pepperoni, extra cheese, easy sauce at Emerson commons southport. When I place a special order it is never usually correct. This pizza however was absolutely perfect. I called called back to let the person Shanika know how awesome it was and she had already left for the day. I wanted to make sure she knew how happy I was and that I ate half that pizza in the car on the way to the office. I'm a happy girl!

Person who handed us our pizza said loudly when giving us the receipt to sign “there’s a spot there for a tip too”. This is not a sit down restaurant, I don’t tip the gas station clerk who rings up my soda pop, or the take out only Pizza Hut. Get a grip people.

I was in to pick up a $70 order for delivery, the woman helping me was immature, rude, in the back talking badly about me while I was standing at the counter and whining about having to help me because she refused to argue with a doordash driver! She wanted me to sign for a $70 delivery that wasn’t even out of the oven, I asked how long before it’s ready and she said you need to sign this now. I told her no, I didn’t even know if I wanted to wait on it due to other deliveries. So instead of coming back and telling me how long she sat her big self down in a chair. Maybe your store needs to learn how to have better customer service skills and mature just a little bit! The customer isn’t always right either(me) but it isn’t pizza huts way just because they say that’s how it is going to work! Grow up and learn how to have a little more respect for people!

Ordered $60 worth of food (6 pizzas and bread sticks) for my daughter's bday party as Pizza Hut is her favorite. 4 pizzas were VERY burnt and inedible. Called in, got an apology and took a minute but relayed which 4 needed to be remade. 1.5 hrs later 3 pizzas arrive...wrong order was delivered. Told I would get a refund. Called next day and goes straight to voicemail regardless of the 4 times I call even at 3pm. Call the following day and ask for a manager, she says she is one and will refund my order. I waited on hold for 25 mins and she never came back. Go to any other pizza hut but this one. The one by 465 and Emerson is WAY better and better customer service.
Placed my order online. Over an hour later it said they were still making it. Tried to call to check on it 5 different times and nobody would answer the phone. Ended up calling to place a new order bc that was the only way to talk to someone, and they cancelled it without an explanation as to what happened.

I placed order at the location 12/13/23. After placing my order online thru Pizza Hut app, I was told pizza will be ready in 20 minutes. I planned accordingly to the app eta. I arrived at Pizza Hut on time. App asked to acknowledge by click on I am here tab to confirm i am at store. I waited another 10 minutes then I walked into the store for update. I noticed when I walked inside the employee was on her phone and didn’t notice me for 5 minutes. After she noticed me she asked me to sign the receipt and asked me to wait 5 minutes for my cheese sticks. I waited in my car for another 25 minutes no one came out with my pizza. I went back inside again to get update. I waited again another 3 minutes before someone greeted me. He gave me my order, I opened the box and noticed my cheese sticks were not diced into sticks. I touched a small corner of the cheese sticks to confirm this. When I asked the employee to please dice the sticks, his response was sorry I can’t because you touched the food. I was confused, you must be like what is there to be confused about, I asked the employee I don’t see you having a glove on when you put my pizza in the warmer thing. I don’t see you having a hair net or gloves on while you are handling my order or any other order you have been making. He didn’t have any reply for me. all he did was stare at me the whole time. He refused to give any solution to this. I am very very disappointed with this Pizza Hut branch. This is the only branch near me. If this is the kind of service I am expecting from Pizza Hut. I will never go back to this place ever. I would like my money back. I have already called customer service number to file this complaint. I haven’t heard anything from anyone so far.
Love this place. It’s a family fan favorite. Love their breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks.

I place an online order an when u went to pick it up they told me it was at the 4533 s Emerson av but when I went there they said that they dint have it and that it what at this store. So then I call this store adlnd they said the would cancel and refund the order and its been a month and I still haven't received the refund money back to my card. I will not be ordering from this pizza hut again I'll stick to the 4533 s Emerson store.
