Pizza Hut, I am talking to you as a Corporate whole, the Manager, Shannon, y'all need to keep her at all costs! She is an amazing person who makes our experience there wonderful! And we ordered our usual today and I found this on the pizza box! This has 100% made our day, even though her day was not the greatest. She took time and did this. This is something special that is rarely seen today. Pizza Hut, do not lose this special person!
If i could give 0 stars i would! My food was cold and my other pizza was not done in the middle the service was good and restaurant was clean!

I live on the area fir 15 years this was my pizza place they just to be great the last 3 weekends the quality was terrible normally mis kids eat 2 or 3 pizza this time they no even done whit 1 sorry but I will stop buy it my kids pizza here I hope for the owner they get better quality again

Pizza hut on shadeland is not good at being under pressure and they do not care if your stuff is right or how much you you paid for anything. If they don't have time they won't take 5 minutes to make your meal better. If you want a headache then order from shadeland pizza hut it sucks. They need better communication skills
The 75-minute delivery was fine, they told me that up-front. I ordered pan pizza, but I don't think that is what I got, but it was very good and we ate it. ??

Flat breadsticks? Like how’s that even possible? Order taken, confirmed with email and then all of a sudden they don’t have my order?! 2 times and 2 bad experiences. Never again.

Ordered the meat lovers pizza melt from 46th /shadeland location, indianapolis, at approx 10:15pm. So over cooked and so hard to bite that I had to tear off the top of it and just bite hard just to try to eat it. Finally just stopped eating it. Just so upset & hungry. It’s so sad because the commercial to advertise it was so different—flaky, light. I even went to pick it up and was home when I discovered it. I was so starved and SO upset!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
