Ordered & paid for 3 large pizzas online @ 10pm. Arrived at the drive thru window @ approximately 10:15. Told to wait 10mins before being attended to. Over here the guy literally cancel 4 orders simply due to them being close to closing time(11pm). He then comes to the window ask for pickup name & then goes to tell me his manager cancelled all online orders due to timeframe. SMH! Even though it’s somewhat understandable & my card was refunded, be more considerate of people’s time being wasted. Judging by how this was handled, this happens often & he never planned on fulfilling the order. So sad what customer service has came to in 2024. Everyone is overworked, underpaid, & not held accountable. Save your time & money, sincerely do not recommend!

I ordered the buffet at 12:25pm. However, it looked like the food had been there for hours. It was never restocked during the 30 mins I was there. Theres no salad bar. And they don't offer water, only bottled drinks.

This location has a new franchise owner as of 3 weeks ago, and it's clear that Jeremiah is hustling to turn things around. service was cordial and prompt despite being understaffed. We will be back.

Absolutely ridiculous. I got the run around because my order was inaccurate. They also charged me for sauces I didn't order. Then when trying to get a refund, I just kept getting put on hold. Food was cold and hard.

They don’t take in person orders. We came first, but the person said he only takes care of online orders and in person orders have to wait after ALL online orders are processed even if you came BEFORE the online orders came in. We came with our 4 and 7 years old. They were really looking forward to this as it is their first time eating in a Pizza Hut. Then we were asked to wait for 30 minutes before being told they don’t take our order. Very very bad customer experience! Not kids or family friendly! Would not recommend to anyone!

Bad experience to order online.They dont have any delivery drivers.Thus door dash delivers the food.Left food outside the room.It was cold ,contacted store tonight manager nonchalant to sum up not his problem and no one to contact.If you cant order in person dont order nothing can be done if anything occurs out of ordinary.

The guy who took our order should not be doing anything related to customer service.He's got an attitude and doesn't seem to even want to be here.Waited until 11:46 for ANY pizza to be placed in the buffet!

Very frustrated. Ordered food at 2:30p to be done by 6:30p. Got there at 6:25p to pick up… and they hadn’t even fried the wings yet. Won’t be done until at least 7:20 - 50 mins later. This place needs to get it together.
