The pizza experience here on 38th street was horrible. I purchased 70 dollars worth of pizza and the pizza was thrown into the corner. I called the restaurant and according to the mgr he will not do anything unless I bring the mess to them. So I will not spend money there again for a long time.

I have such a good experience every time I visit. The crew is AMAZING! ? The food always delicious.Parking: Lots of spots to park.
I placed and order for delivery at 7pm for an 8:30 delivery time. Even called back to confirm the order for delivery and added an item to the order.When order didn’t arrive by 9PM I called back but yet my call wasn’t answered. I then called from a different number and employee at the store stated that my order has been ready and They are just waiting on a door dash driver to bring it.Employee was hesitant to give me his name, when I asked multiple times. Eventually he stated his name was Marques, the shift manager. He also Could not provide me with a time of delivery. When I mention to employee who do I pay he stated I give cash to doordash driver. Pretty sure this gentleman was lying. This Pizza Hut appears to always have staffing issues or selective hours of operation. Below is a photo stating my order is still being worked on.

They lucky they get a 1 star pizza under cooked called them took the pizza back up to them they recooked me a pizza waiting on my order and then I get a call the delivery driver is at my house with my order why I’m at the store waiting very unorganized I told her you can take the pizza back to the store and I got my money back very disappointed

Order not received and when I called about it the employee laughed, only offered a 70% refund on a $60 order... when I declined the 70% refund the employee hung up on me

Ordered 11 pizzas on Christmas Eve they came in time steaming hot!! 4 stars and the pizza is delicious.
Pizza should be a 3.5 on the one bite app but it's probably lower
Too much sauce and the chicken was cooked too hard and the sauce for the chicken was not enough and it was not put on the hard chicken.
Got my order wrong I tried calling to see if they can fix it but they hang up on me
The employees have a great personality towards their customers ??
They DONT DELIVER ANY MORE SO STOP FALLING FOR WHAT THEY'RE WEBSITES SAYS .
