The female employee there is rude! If she used as much effort to be nice as she did randomly running next door to the smoke shop she'd be awesome! I tried to order the $12 special for my kids 3x 2 weeks ago and was told they were out of large crust then today I placed a order 3x and the person taking my order over the phone said it was successful but they never had my pizzas! Then she tells me that the special is for online orders only! That is a lie! The order rep over the phone said she was lying. My thing is if you don't want to do your job stay home! I'm NEVER ordering from this location again!

Came in on a Friday night.. The app stated they had the shortest Wait, 15 mins, and it was right. Eric immediately came to the counter to help me, the app was giving me trouble, but he was patient and waited while I worked it out.. the food was done in 12 mins and wasn't overcooked, was exactly what I wanted .. Not sure if Eric is in charge, but he was working that place! The counter, the food, and everything in between.. Give him a raise and a vacay!Thank you Eric for changing my opinion of this location ❤️

Ordered online for delivery and didnt receive the first order the person on the phone told me theres nothing they can do and to reorder. The second time i was given the wrong food and was given the same answer. They refused to take any responsibility or adress my concerns. absolutely

There's a growing trend among restaurants where they give a minimal amount of sauce. This Pizza Hut location is no different. My BBQ pizza would've been amazing if it had sauce. I got another pizza as well and that didn't have any sauce either. I'll not be back

I ordered from this Pizza Hut location on Saturday night. I ask for delivery. they told me I would receive my pizza within 25 mins. About 15 mins into my wait the delivery person called me and said he was in an accident and he could not deliver my food. He told me to call Pizza Hut and cancel the order. I called an atttemped to explain what happened. The young lady on the phone referred me to the manager. The manager, first told me I would not be receiving my order because someone in my neighborhood called several times and ordered an expensive amount of pizzas and did not pay for them. they might live next door to me and I was probably in on it. And the driver too. I told him I am a senior citizen and don't know anything about it and I just wanted my order. He kept say let him talk. He then told me he would send it this time but I could no longer order from there. He was rude and loud talking., hung up the phone on me. I called back and got the people who took my credit card information.. shortly after I told her the situation I got a text that said my pizza was on the way and I had to pay with cash. I called back again and talk to the credit card lady. I had her cancel my order and refund my money of which she did promptly. Later my nephew called the manager and ask him why he treated me this wa . He said I was a liahe my pizza out. He became belligerent and very disrespectful. Hung up on my nephew. nephew called back. They had a loud conversation.. I hope it all was recorded. I will never go back to that location. As many reviews said the food has been less then satisfactory for a while. I ordered there because it was closed to my home.

Ordered 2 pasta bowls & bread sticks paid like $30 & they only sent one pasta bowl. I called their location & manager reassured me I’d get credit for it & never did. I won’t spend money here again

Updating 9/27/2023Didn't order from here for three years after the events I mentioned in my previous review. Ended up trying to give them another chance and they were ok for a couple of orders. Today, they showed me again why I shouldn't order from this location.Ordered a large 1 topping pie for carryout through the app. I went to the store to pick up my order and was informed that someone is scamming the store by handing out coupon codes ordering online. The guy behind the counter says the store tried to call me but got no answer. He said they canceled my order because of the area code on my cell phone number and they thought it was one of the scams. I had no record of them trying to call, so I'm certain they just saw the area code on my phone number and just canceled the order without even calling. Asked me if I wanted to place my order again and said I pass because this is the second time someone messed up because they can't comprehend one number in my area code.This is not how you retain customers, especially when I've had poor experiences before. Are you telling me you don't have any way to see my order history to confirm that I'm a legit customer? My sympathies for anyone getting scammed but you don't spit in the face of your paying customers. After this, I won't be a customer again. Fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice, shame on me. I won't be repeating my business here and I sincerely hope that every one of their legit customers that has their orders canceled does the same. This location needs to go out of business.Written 11/13/2019Never written a review for anything. I'd give negative stars if I could. Ordered a pizza online via the website (because the app, which used to be great, completely stopped working). It was peak hours (estimated delivery was 60 minutes) but after waiting two hours without so much as a call from the driver or the store, I called the store. I was on hold for 15 minutes with never a response from an actual employee. I finally decided I was done and drove to the store myself to ask for a refund in person. I spoke with the woman who asked for my phone number to reference the order. I gave it to her and she claimed to have no record of my order. I offered to show her both my emailed receipt and confirmed for her that my card had already been charged. She asked for my phone number again and then said that they weren't able to deliver my pizza. This was nonsense as I'd been waiting more than patiently at home and received no phone calls, no one knocked, and my video doorbell wasn't triggered either - no one had shown up. She turns to the driver and he says he tried to call me but received no answer, at which point he double checks the number on the order. He called the wrong area code! How is it possible that my phone number, which is plastered all over their order form and is clearly correct on my emailed receipt, could have been mistaken? How could he not, upon arriving back at the store, have double checked and realized his mistake? The icing on the cake in this ordeal was that they said they still had the pizza and asked if I wanted it. Didn't offer to make it fresh. Offered me a luke warm pizza and didn't say sorry for our mistake. So I ask again about getting a refund and have the card I ordered with and ID ready but the woman behind the counter tells me she has to do her paperwork tonight and I'll get my money back in 3-5 days. After the failed delivery time estimate for my pizza, I wasn't having it. I asked for at least some documentation that said the order was marked cancelled. She says she can't do that. So I'll definitely be calling my credit card for this fraudulent grab of my money and I'll never be patronizing Pizza Hut as a whole ever again.

Do not go here you can’t tell me they didn’t grab other slices & put them in the box & just add more cheese they’ve never put all that seasoning stuff on there until today this is DISGUSTING & highly disrespectful I paid for my stuff like everybody else and received this this is absolutely horrific I just left dominos try to switch to Pizza Hut I am done might as well make pizza at home

It was awful they had to remake my Pizza twice I came last night I think they was trying to be funny because they barely even put sauce on the pizza because they have to remake it the second time it tastes like cheese and dough this thing forced me to give it one star out of five but it really deserves no stars
