If I could give zero stars I would. I use to love Pizza Hut growing up. Now, no one wants to work at one. They slop their pizzas together. You don't even have to ask for extra cheese they will ALWAYS glob it on there. The middle will be full of cheese and the outer will have none. A pan pizza should not be SOGGY. Just shut all the Pizza Huts down at this point. Also get rid of the young girl at the front who sits and look at you when you come in while she's sitting in her chair, takes your money and instead of checking on your order she sits back down. I had to ask if my order was ready since I was already 10 mins past my pickup time. It was ready.

Not really ever had issues here. One time they took longer than should of. They threw in something free can't remember what it was. I wasn't complaining it wasn't a big issue but it was nice they did that.

Beware all DASHERS don’t come to this Pizza Hut every single person in this restaurant is rude including the managers. They take the orders even after you have already accepted! Then will cause a problem with you! Yet say you’re the problem. I wouldn’t ever come back to this store just for the sheer fact that they have bugs crawling on the counter and don’t understand customer service.

Only reason I gave Pizza Hut one star was because I didn`t have the option of negative 10 stars.We ordered a Large meat lovers thin-crust pizza and 12 traditional chicken wings for a whopping total of over $62.00, and "thomas" delivered it somewhere else. I have NO IDEA where he delivered it, but it NEVER got to our doorstep. I called the west 10th street Pizza hut and the little twerp I talked to was offended because I was so upset about being robbed.The Pizza Hut on west 10th street is bogus, and I`ve contacted my Credit Union, and they are stopping payment to these buffoons.Obviously, we`re DONE with Pizza Hut and this is just a courtesy to anyone paying attention as to why you might want to be done with them too.We are VERY generous to food service folks both in terms of gratitude and monies and tips when they provide a good service. But we will NOT be robbed under ANY circumstances.

My kids wanted pizza Hut. We stopped by cause I got out voted but let me tell you, the service and our order was better than expected even after the initial irritation of having to order online. I would've given 3 stars bt customer service earned the extra! The Hut is BACK on the menu thanks to improved everything and my kids wanting Pizza Hut!... Way to go gang...?
