I used to work for Pizza Hut and lost all faith in good pizza but the pizza I got tonight was possibly the best I ever had. Can tell there’s been a good turn around and I have faith in this location again

I work at the hospital by this location. I ordered a pizza, a brownie and a drink they told me they had delivery but then they use DoorDash. I’ve never received my food and then they want me to contact DoorDash for a refund when I did not use DoorDash I ordered on the phone from this location very unprofessional I was charged $35 and never received my food and then they started getting smart because when I called to complain the young lady said she will fix my order and resend it. Come to find out it was a young lady getting food for her house that was off the clop that answered the phone and lied to me They never sent it and I had to go somewhere else to get food even though I spent $35 ridiculous I’m still trying to get my $35 refunded I will be contacting corporate in the morning

Pizza was not so goodbread sticks were not fresh they were hard?
Order with a credit card for when you need to contest it for fraudulent business/transactions. I Ordered a basic pizza and breadsticks at 7:00pm on a Saturday. It said delivered but it never showed up. Waited for over 2 hours called the restaurant twice. Complained to Pizza Hut for a refund. It never came. Thankfully the credit card company made quick refund.

They didn’t deliver the drink I ordered. When I called to see about having the driver deliver it or just getting a refund, I was told they couldn’t do either. The only option they said was for me to drive across town and pick up the drink myself. On top of this, they didn’t so much as bother to say “sorry,” for what was really just a simple mistake.

We ordered a large pizza and chicken wings from west 10st street Pizza Hut. The bill was an amazing $62.48 including tip for the driver. Long story short, the food never made it to our house. The app said it got delivered, but it never got delivered to US! Someone from Pizza Hut contacted me and said they were sorry for the incident and they would be returning the money. We, that never happened, and now my Credit Union is saying that they may not give the money back either. I`m am just about to contact the Indiana Attorney General`s Office, because this is fraud and theft.

If I could give a zero I would. We were working in Indy and our foremen wanted to treat us to pizza. First off they would not take an order for four pizzas over the phone we had to do it online. Second we were paying with two cards so that meant two orders. So be it. We made the two orders. One order came on time but the other order stated it would be delivered the same time and it wasn't, so we called thirty minutes later and was told it was in the oven. After calling repeatedly and getting put on hold or just setting the phone aside, they eventually stopped answering the phone and we never did get our second order. Will never order from them again.
