What happened? This was by far my favorite burger place in Indy! For at least the past year I’ve been going every couple of weeks, but last week I drove all the way downtown— an hour’s drive from home, for me— to find it inexplicably closed, despite the hours still being posted, with an AVAILABLE sign in the window. They had the greatest menu, decent service, and delicious food… did they just vanish into thin air, somehow, before they could so much as put an explanation in the window or update the website?

Tried to go here at 3:30pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked and closed despite it saying on google and Punch Burger's own website that they were open. This one has an available sign in the window, so I think it's for sale.

Both locations appear to be permanently closed. Went at 3PM on Wednesday, restaurant was dark. Called both numbers, one is disconnected - the other goes to voicemail. Supposedly one us open 10:30-2:00, which is ridiculous. Visit at your own risk, I don't think they exist anymore.

I can honestly say I will never eat here again! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, onion and cheese with fries. My kids both ordered cheeseburgers. Hungry and anticipating a full belly and happy taste buds we ventured into a blissful dissapointment!!! No Thanks Punch Burger!

Ordered 3 burgers for delivery. Only 2 turned up. How hard can it be to check an order for 1, 2, 3 before it leaves? Fairly sure a toddler could work that out.

I was good. Worth checking out.I was the only customer in the store.About 1:30 in the afternoon.Staff was quick to take and make my order. The ground beef itself was cooked perfectly.Definitely a pricy option when considering other options...But I believe they are trying to make the product itself a upper quality product over all, so I'd say it's worth it.If I was in the area I'd do it again.

Our hotel recommended this spot as it was right around the corner. We had a Burnt Cheese and Hot Mess burger and would order both again! Everything was made to order fresh and the staff were all super friendly. Cheap beer and great food, what else could you ask for.

We stayed at a nearby hotel and went looking for lunch. It was a 2 minute walk to burger heaven. It was fast, fresh and tasty. Also free cookies on Fridays. If coming to Indi, please stop by and have a great gourmet burger.

5 star turkey burger. We did an order ahead on the app and stopped by to pick it up and eat outside downtown. I ordered turkey burger on wheat bread, and the 1/2 and 1/2 fries. The burger was great. Sometimes turkey burgers aren't the best, but this one was very good. The waffle fries were also very tasty. The sweet potato fries could have stayed in a little longer, but they were still decent. Overall, it was a very quick and good meal downtown. The price wasn't too bad and they had a huge selection of different special burgers or you could make your own with a ton of different toppings. Grab a burger and take it down to the circle or somewhere to eat. You won't regret it.

Cool place with a large selection of burger choices. I chose the Good morning burger, and it was very good. The fries were decent, but I am not a waffle fry fan. The sweet potato tots were very good. The draft beer, some kind of Mexican lager, was pretty good. Service was friendly

We were staying downtown and wanted lunch. Came across Punch Burger and we are glad we came in and ordered lunch. They have plenty of unique burgers to choose from or you can create your own creation. The burgers were very tasty and good sized. We ordered the Thai Burger and Burnt Cheese burger. The food was hot and fresh when served and really not greasy like other places. We shared a side order of waffle fries. Sounds crazy but the waffle fries were cooked to perfection (crunchy on the outside and soft when bitten). If in the downtown area stop by for a good meal!!

Grass fed beef is just the best. The Hamburger doesn't hurt my stomach, it doesn't hurt my taste buds, and it doesn't hurt my wallet. This will be the only hamburger joint I would order delivery and even if I had Whole Foods grass fed hamburger in my fridge. The menu is huge and even those who aren't beef eaters will have a very satisfying meal. I get a double and then I hope the kids don't finish theirs so I can have a triple.

Service was good but the food was bland and high priced 35 dollars for two burgers and fries outrageous

First time here but definitely not the last. Right portion size for the price and the flavors were excellent. Crew was friendly and very helpful. Food served hot and fresh in very short order.
