When I got there the guy was standing behind the counter and I told him I placed an order online, he just points at my bag on a shelf and goes "there it is." He couldn't be bothered to go grab it for me. The food was good, but the burrito was a little light. If I'm paying 10+ dollars for a burrito that thing better fill me up not leave me wanting more. I never have that problem at Chipotle. Either the guy skipped my burrito or yall don't make your burritos as big. Like I said the food did taste great, and the store was very clean. So not great, but not terrible. 3 stars.

Came in around 7:30pm, no one was in the store. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes and no one said a word to us. Just one lonely guy literally moping around making an online order consisting of 3 tacos. He looked up at us multiple times but refused to acknowledge us or anything. Very weird and unprofessional. We ended up just walking away and leaving since no one would do the minimum and at least say hello.

Hours stated they were open till 10 PM. Arrived at 9:25 PM. Employees We’re outside hanging out. I was told they were completely out of food so I left. Pretty much an excuse that they had already probably cleaned up and didn’t want to do anything else. If you’re open until 10 PM, then you need to be open until 10 PM if not, then change your hours accordingly.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband picked up our lunch like we always do with this restaurant and today the order was not good at all. I ordered a mini bowl with chicken and there was barely anything in it. I also ordered a double protein chicken burrito, which I pay extra for and there wasn't a whole lot of chicken it like there was before. When I called to talk to manager Monte he was very rude, so I asked to talk to someone else, which he then gave me the number to the district manager Kevin. I called him and when I told him about (which I didn't want anything back, just wanted him to know ) his response was that I should just go in next time and not order online. I explained to him that we do this when my husband is on this side of town since I can't leave for lunch at my job. I just don't appreciate that being the response to my complaint. If I am paying for the double chicken I expect to get it.

I gave Qdoba a shot for the first time in January 2023. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly, service prompt, and the food remarkably fresh. While I still lean towards Chipotle, I would definitely give Qdoba another try.

It's a fine qdoba. Incredibly slow line every time I go and I'm really not sure why. The people making/scooping the food are good but checking out takes forever. Especially when the GM is running the register. They charge extra for rice in the nachos here and idk why cuz not all qdobas do that. Also who cares, just give me the rice.

The food is as good as good as you can expect Qdoba to be. The service is on average good but is sometimes is very questionable. The pricing isn't bad and is better than Moe's and Chipotle which are both over priced. Definitely recommend coming here if you want American style Mexican food.
