Came for breakfast after a long night shift. Was helped by a lovely team member, likely manager, who was apologetic about the store opening a few minutes after the posted time. She seemed to be alone in the store, but the store was clean and all ingredients were available. She was kind, efficient, and polite/professional, throwing in a free treat for my "inconvenience." I had a pleasant experience in the store and will likely visit again. :)

Worst Qdoba I have ever been to. I made an online order, on my birthday. They were busy so I was patient. I let them know I was there a few minutes after my arrival. I watched them prepare food for people in line for about 30 minutes and went back up to the counter. They said it would be just a few more minutes. It's now an hour past, I ask them about my order. They again say they are busy. At this point I ask for a refund, no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. If you see a customer who has already paid, and know they are there, take care of them. Had I went through the line I would have been out in about 10 minutes. This was ridiculous. So disappointed...should have went to Chipotle first, as I ended up doing. My wait there, 5 minutes total.

So I visit the store today which is 2-29- 24 My food was not fixed right I will post a picture I did not have no meat majority race and the little vegetables that I did as to be in there I called I was left on hold to where I can hear everyone talking in the background for about 20 minutes not only that after that happened I decide to read the reviews I write reviews myself and I see that the owner only answers back to people that leaves five stars Will your restaurant is not a five-star restaurant your customer service is poor and they do not fix people's food correctly and I even felt sick eating it and I called to make a complain and was just left on the phone like what I have to say does not matter even though I am a customer so for those that want to eat here eat here if you want to risk your food not being good you will not get to complain because they will leave you on hold until you hang up and I doubt if anyone will reach back out because you cannot leave any information which means they get your money for food that is not worthy. I do not recommend eating here

Gave me food poisoning- I was throwing up for 8 hours. I’ll never eat at Qdoba again. RUN from this location! And probably all Qdobas in general* something else to add: I had to take off work the next day because I was so ill and couldn’t stand all day, so not only did I experience a lot of pain and suffering, but I lost money because of you guys, too. It is now 2 days later, and I am still too faint to stand. Worst experience I have ever had from any restaurant, or really any business period.

Gigi and the team at this location are super stars. They are always friendly and well prepared. They go above and beyond what competitors do in terms of service. You can tell this place cares about their food quality and providing great service. I highly recommend this Qdoba location. 11/10

I ordered on the app and didn't stay, so I have no comments on service or atmosphere. I will say this...hardly any protein, veggies, queso, sour cream or anything other than rice and beans. If I wanted a rice and bean burrito I would have gotten one. Won't go back.
