Hamburger done right.but thay give you a burger so small it forces you to buy another one.and to the owner I say you'll never get 5 stars from me as long as yall keep serving small burgers. All your doing is forcing your customers to buy more.correct it and maybe 5 stars

I had a good review for the night shift at this location, but will not go back during the day. The managwr was rude, and the service was so slow. I order 2 double burgers and fully loaded fries. Had to pull to the other window even tho i was the only one in l8ne and the wait was soo long.Wont be back. So I work second shift was told not to eat here at night, but I was really surprised. The gentleman who took my order was very kind, the food was delicious and hot best rallys I've been to in years. Thank you guys keep up the good work I appreciate yall.

Order on the driver side window and the told me I have to go around to pick up my order at the other window passenger side. They said because they was on a timer. If you're giving them bonuses for, what looks like fast service, they are fooling you. Won't go here anymore.

Rally’s on 38th and College is horrible. Employees steal mobile orders. No customer service, and the manager has no sense of duty. Sad place. If you are thinking of going there, keep driving to somewhere else.

VAST improvement in both food and service over the last year. This is one of the best Rally's I've had, especially the fries cooked to perfection compared to the past and other Rally's locations.

They were short-handed and a little short with customer service, I was told at the drive-thru, after waiting for a few minutes, "that it will be a while". Finally got to the window, I asked the guy, "how much are the apple pies?" He replied, "I don't take orders at the window". I replied, you barely take orders. I still love the fries tho.

I'm in Indiana for the GNCC races in Crawfordville and I came came over towards Indianapolis to hit rally I'm from Wisconsin I told the guy I want a plain cheeseburger and a plain hamburger and he said well that's the same thing ain't it so I left they're too stupid they shouldn't even be allowed to have a job

Fries are limp, greasy, mushy, soggy and just not done, sandwich presentation is horrible. Had to PAY and wait 15 minutes for food that was hardly edible. The staple are the fries, and this location makes fries that don't even taste like Rally's. Second time coming, last time patronizing. If you value qaulity, service in receiving your food. Do not come here
