Took my grandfather out to eat for his 99th birthday and it was a really great experience. The food was good margaritas were definitely my favorite. Staff were the best and I'd recommend going there!!

Ordered to go, as usual missing biscuits and key lime pie. Key lime pie is $9 for one piece and I didn't even get it! They forgot something every time!

All was good except the orzo, it was hard and chewy. And since all I ordered was broccoli and Orzo, I didn’t eat much.

Not sure what has happened to this place, but it sure went downhill. Went there on Good Friday expecting to have the same good experience we had previously. That didn't happen.Food food tasted like barfood at best. Fried shrimp and clams were grossly overcooked, which rendered them tasteless. Only thing that seemed up to par were the cheesy biscuits. For the amount of money spent we should have gone to Texas Roadhouse or Long Horn Steakhouse. Either would have provided a better dinner and a higher value. Seriously doubt that we will darken the doors of theThompson road location of Red Lobster again.

Ordered delivery and they didn't include the Brussels sprouts with my salmon bowl and there was no lid on the sauce cup so it sloshed over everything. I used the form on their site to ask for a prorated refund and didn't get a reply. I submitted a request again a week after that and still haven't heard from them a week later. Total rip off. They also forgot my mom's coleslaw in a pickup order last year on her birthday. Definitely don't order delivery here, and if you pick up food, check the order before you leave.

The manager went above and beyond to give excellent customer service, even on Easter! Our delivery order was missing numerous items, she had the food remade & delivered it to us personally, with extras! She definitely turned a bad experience into a wonderful one! Awesome Service! She needs recommending for her service & professionalism! Thanks!

was, for the first time disappointed in my meal, I ordered the steamed crab legs, and they were so water logged and soggy you couldn't even Crack them open. Of course if we hadn't waited 1.5 hours for our food they may have been ok. The restaurant wasn't busy but our visit lasted 3.5 hours. Will probably stick with Juicys on Thompson Rd for my crab legs!!

Out of side dish selections. Waitress seamed preoccupied with something else.

I personally don't feel it's as good as it once was, but I'll return in the future.Parking: It's become a little dicey nearby. It's not uncommon to see individuals just standing around smoking at the old hotel next door. Not threatening, but can't say I was comfortable leaving my car unattended.
