They have great outdoor seating! The menu has a large variety of food choices, and it all sounds so good. I have celiac, and they were very helpful with accommodations for me.

I love shoefly! Especially their sweet potato fries. Service is always wonderful and I love the cozy atmosphere. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because I would love to see an extended menu.

Nice selection of craft beers on draught and excellent food. This a good place for a sandwich and a beer but also has more substantial entrees such as grilled salmon, and a good wine list.

The food was excellent. The service on the other hand was severely lacking. Our server would skip our table completely. Our server ignored us and was borderline rude. It wasn’t busy yet we waited a long to time to be able to ask for anything. Two other servers helped us the entire time and we had to flag them down. Great food but that means NOTHING if the service is bad.

This place has an AMAZINGGG house made lentil patty "burger" as a vegetarian option and I was wowed at how delicious it was. I feel like I need to say it again because of how good it was, THEIR LENTIL "BURGER" IS SOOO GOOD! I had a cucumber watermelon refresher to drink and that was also very delicious and not too strong. My date also said the walleye fish and chips was one of the best hes ever tasted, and he's a hard guy to impress! Our server Ashley was swift and attentive, and our food came out very fast. I love that there is outdoor seating and that I was allowed to bring my dog! Even with the covid rules restaurants are required to follow now, everything was great. I will definitely be returning soon.
First time at Shoefly - super great and friendly service. We sat outside at their picnic tables and it felt safe (Covid times) but also normal. I had the goat cheese flat bread and fries. The fries were incredible definitely the the Aji sauce. The goat cheese flat bread was good but I wish it were on something different than naan, it's was a bit doughy. Friends had falafel gyros and it was okay, a bit dry, they said they'd pick the walleye tacos over the gyro. The cbd infused key lime pie was unique and pretty good! My favorite part was the frosé which I with for sure be returning for! It was delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day!

I've had lunch at Shoefly several times, and it was fine. Not great, but certainly acceptable. Ever since the pandemic hit, my husband and I have wanted to support neighborhood restaurants; tonight, we ordered dinner (curbside pickup) from Shoefly. He had fish and chips; I had Korean fried chicken. Both were inedible. Food from Shoefly has always been on the "precious" side, but--depending on your taste--pretty good. These were truly horrible. We threw both away--along with the 45. we paid for it. We won't be back.

The food at Shoefly is inventive pub food and a great place to bring your vegetarian friends. We have continued to patronize this business during the Covid-19 crisis since the restaurant has made placing an online order so very easy. The curb-side pick up makes it quick and safe. Even better, you can get groceries from them and beer and wine. Score! Some of my favorite menu items are: 1. The potato fries tossed in parmesan and garlic. Hands down the best fries in the city. Really enjoy them with the hickory dijon sauce. 2. The Hoosier sandwich. Pork and apple are always a lovely flavor combo. The pork is always so juicy. 3. Dessert. Never had one that I wasn't extremely please with. 4. The tacos. Another item in which I have loved every variation they come up with. They traditionally have outdoor seating on the side of their building. I hope this returns with the slow lifting of covid-19 precautions. It is a nice spot to bring the family on a sunny day.
