I really liked how many activities there were for the kids. We didn’t play any arcade games but they played about 2 hours in the ball pit area as well as the rooms in the other part of the building. I’m knocking off a star because it was so busy, there weren’t enough seats and it was extremely hot. Having to stand with an infant to wait on a seat or table to open up was ridiculous. I was also disappointed I couldn’t be with my 6 year old without buying an extra ticket....read full review
We held our daughter's third birthday party at smiley's. It was an overall excellent experience. Our party hosts were very friendly and attentive. The facilities were very clean. I definitely recommend for a birthday party or way for the kids to get some energy out.

We visited here for the first time and liked it! The ball pit is huge so it never felt crowded. Everything seemed clean and well maintained. The ball launchers were a bit too loud IMO. We had no idea there was a rice pit and another ball pit in the back. That was a nice surprise and so fun! The price for just an hour of play for the four of us (2 adults and 2 toddlers) seemed a bit steep. For this reason, we don’t plan to visit often but we will go back.
