Update:Went to Sonic yesterday and waited 30 minutes to get my food.Was overcharged again. Was given an extra drink but was shorted on the size of fries and tots.We may just have to stop going to Sonic.Last visit:Waited 10 mins for food. No receipt. Whole meal was old and you could tell it was sitting in watmers. All Tots were rocks hard. Sandwiches messed up. Over charged. Very disappointed.Bad choice for sonic today...Called 23 times. No answer.Call number 26 someone answered and issued a refund but no apology or sympathy.

Absolutely abysmal service. I went through the drive through this morning (04/20/24) with a simple order of large tots and Strawberry Slush. After waiting 10 minutes I pulled away only to realize I had the wrong order. I drove back around and witnessed the driver who was originally waiting behind me being given 3 wrong orders of food. I finally got my correct order 30 minutes later.

Restrooms are disgusted, very trashy looks like it’s never been cleaned. No toilet paper trash everywhere. It stunk like something was dead here. I expect a better quality for being Avon. Such an upper area. Worst restrooms, I’ve ever seen my entire life... if your restrooms are trashy, I bet where they make food. Even more trash..

My boyfriend and i have horrible experiences every time we come up here our food and drinks are always wrong they can never hear us no matter how loud we are talking the mangers are extremely rude and we have went through drive thru multiple times and have smelled weed. We have spent over $100 at the Avon location just to get everything wrong and when we have asked them to fix our order they get hateful and rude and still give us the wrong order.

This place is extremely slow, and had absolutely terrible service. Every time I’ve been there, which is several. Not sure why I have been back, but I won’t be again walked in store, and everyone had headphones on. They were more interested in talking, singing and dancing and ignoring people than they were doing their job every single time! Waited 15 to 20 minutes to get food

Waited for 15 minutes, so we moved to another spot, thinking there was something wrong with the mic, but waited again for 10-15 minutes, and then we left. Also, we saw in the time we were there others leaving for the same reason. Very disappointed because when we visited here before we had great service!

I placed a mobile order with 2 pretzel twists, which are supposed to come with a cheese sauce. The order was brought out 24 minutes later, and upon checking the bag, neither cheese sauce was included. After waiting in the drive through for another 12 minutes, I was informed that they are out of cheese sauces. Since they already knew they were out of cheese sauce, it would have been nice to have been told that upon receipt of the order, so that I would not have had to waste my time. We will not be returning to this location.

The food was cold n made sloppy. Maybe it was just this time. Most time good. But it should be anytime you let cold food go out to customers. Our curb service young lady was very nice, offered to have kitchen remake it or get something else . She highly apologized. It's not her fault. But after the first bite of the food that me n my momma tasted was enough for us. It's a hit n miss at Sonic

Past 2 times I’ve ordered mobile I’ve waited for my food for 20-25 minutes then ended up having to wait in the drive thru to get it. No apology or anything. I get places are short staffed and it’s not their fault but they should at least have the courtesy to let their customers know.
