A near all soup downtown locale? Yes please! Upon checking into the hotel I found few Pho options but this came recommended as an alternate. A quick walk over and you have a dozen fresh soups to choose from. Buffalo chicken (hold the ranch) was the choice. Fresh, light, pleasingly spiced. Cute small interior. Efficient but not necessarily friendly service. Solid.

Definitely not the best in small batch soups. Watered down and not smooth. Please learn how to make soup or stop buying bags of it. Second and last time trying it.

Soup was amazing. Staff was crabby and rude. We have always had a good experience going there but we went in yesterday on Saturday and the two ladies were pretty rude and crabby. They seemed like they didn't want to be there working on a Saturday but that's not our fault. We asked for a few soups to go and one staff member gave out a quiet but noticeable huff of annoyance. They were also mumbling rude comments under their breath as they walked back to grab the soups. Hopefully this doesn't continue to happen because we love the soups this place has and would love to grab some more soups for dinners this summer

I like a lot of their food, but their potato salad is advertised as: "Steamed baby red potatoes with crumbled blue cheese and fresh dill," What I got was standard, sweet, deli-counter potato salad. No blue cheese. No dill. Enough sweet relish to qualify as dessert. Gross. Then they gave me two potato salads when I ordered one potato, one pasta. Double gross.

Had the Famous John Stamos and the Tomato Bisque. ? fantastic. The sandwich isn't very big but it's tasty af. The bisque is unreal. Definitely worth stopping here.Vegetarian options: There are options that are clearly vegetarian.

I really don’t want to have to write this, but it needs to be said. My wife ordered over $200 worth of soup and bread for both our families just before Christmas. The soup was supposed to be delivered to us on 12/23. By the end of the day, we looked at each other because our soup hadn’t been delivered. No big deal, maybe they are running late. It IS two days before Christmas, so we were going to be understanding. We called to someone on the other side of the phone who was extremely rude to us. When we asked if our soup would still be delivered today, the lady on the other end of the phone goes “well if it hasn’t been delivered by now then it’s probably not coming, but I don’t know”. When we asked if it would be coming tomorrow, or if a refund would be the route to go, she replied with “all I can do is call our owner and she can figure out why it wasn’t delivered, but she can’t do that until tomorrow”. My wife and I knew this likely wouldn’t happen, as “tomorrow” was Christmas Eve. So we said we would let it go until after the holiday.12/26 we emailed in the morning, then after having received no return call or email by the afternoon, called them back. We were once again greeted by someone sounding very rude on the phone. She told us that “the lady who takes care of that was sick and was not in, but that she would make sure that she got back to us”. This seemed unlikely given the situation we already had, but we said okay. On 12/28 my wife emailed them again as we had not heard back from anyone and were getting ready to leave for vacation. We wanted to get this squared away before we left. We thought we would try one more time and give them another call since email doesn’t get anywhere. Luckily the girl who answered this time was very nice and apologetic, however she once again told us the owner (or owners wife) was the only one who could take care of this and was not in at that time. However she told us that she would make sure they knew about it and got it done.Fast forward to now, it’s 1/9, and we have not heard back from anyone. We decided to call back tonight, and we were greeted by…*drumroll please*…..another grumpy, rude person on the other end of the line! She told us she could not process any kind of refund, but that the owner or his wife were the only ones who could do so. However, to my amazement, we were told that they were sick and were not sure when they would be back in, but that they would “call us back”.We have now reached out to our bank to dispute the charges, considering we never received any sort of food or reimbursement, much less a call back to even try to make it right. We really loved this place before this situation, but now I can confidently say, we will NEVER be back.

Went in for coffee, decided to get breakfast. Was not greeted, food was awful for the price. Take a look at the omelet, $8.99. Went back in to ask if this was a standard omelet and the owners husband had to call her to have a conversation. Was not offered a refund or replacement. Hence the name “Soupremecy” maybe my kind was not welcomed there.

The soups are above average. I stop in once or twice/week while riding bicycle from Greenwood. I've never seen it when they have 12 soups to chose from. The pieces of bread are small. The soup is above average. The help are not friendly...at least to me. Today, it was late in the afternoon. The 2 employees were wrapped up in conversation about getting service at Fairbanks at Community North. I asked to use the bathroom by the start of the service line. They said there was no bathroom for the public. I wish I'd not tipped them.

I had been here before and the soup and service was great. Not today. Today was a different day. I was not greeted by the 1 person behind the counter, playing on her phone. I waited a few minutes, then asked to try the first soup. She cut me off and said not now I'm on the phone with my boss about a catering order. I said okay and waited until she was done. After trying the chicken velvet, it was too gooey for me so I asked to try the Italian soup. She promptly said only 2 samples per person, so this was my last option, if I didn't like this one then it was curtains for me. Turns out I didn't like this one either. I ended up gambling on the chili because I was not allowed another sample. I asked how much the salads were because I didn't see a price on the menu. She said she doesn't know because they are all different prices. Another worker showed up with bags of trash in her hand and set them on the floor next to me, then told me how much they were. I decided to pass on the half salad for 6 dollars. In the end, the chili was good enough to order again but the service was so bad I will not be returning here again.
