This store is one of the best I’ve been to. The atmosphere is wonderful, the drinks and food are top-tier. Only one thing that I’ve noticed as of late that I’m a bit disappointed about: there was a young man working there a while back, I think his name was Abrahim. He was always so professional and polite and always made my order perfectly. Bring him back if he’s not still there, because he made that store the place it is.

Lots of great indoor seating and outdoor options as well. 10 small tables outside and almost all of it is shaded for relief from the heat. Only thing missing is outlets for those who need to plug in but want to sit outside

Knowledgeable and genuinely nice staff, excellent and incredibly fast service even when they are busy. I'm often offered a water if I'm waiting at the window, and I've even been offered my order on the house on multiple occasions.

Please train your folks properly. I ordered soy milk because I am highly allergic to regular milk. She tried to pour soy milk into a dirty milk pitcher. And then she tried to put the soy container underneath a dirty milk steamer. This would make me very sick. She also added five pumps of chai to a grande chai latte. Three pumps are all necessary. I don't like to complain but I do like consistency and I don't like to get sick

I enjoy going to this Starbucks due to the hours that this location is open. As opposed to most coffee shops and other Starbucks locations they have extended hours as I presume the volume of business can support those hours and the staff is competent enough to manage themselves and work cohesively to function. If they have issues with their management it rarely shows. I would not dare say that the managers are quick to listen to their employees because I am not in the know of their day to day practices. I had felt more at ease going to this location for awhile because of personal reasons that involve stalkers that only exist to devour and destroy every human right that they possibly can. I had to stop going to this location for awhile due to proximity reasons and the fact that I was getting stalked. I returned to this location today because I am still getting stalked and harassed where I moved to. I contemplated moving out of state back in 2019 but as the state of Indiana would have it, freedom and safety is merely an illusion. I digress, the design of this shop is lovely and I love that every Starbucks location offers a different design with the same product. Sure the staff may mispronounce your name from time to time but human error is to be expected as long as it is not blown out of proportion. Why Hannah M***** from C*l*m**s, IN felt the need to ask me what review I would write for this location back in 2013 is beyond me. I pray that she stops stalking and human trafficking people along with her sex trafficking/human trafficking colleagues and finds her need for control elsewhere.

Lived across the street for almost two years. My food and beverages, even when modified, have always been delivered timely and accurately. Seems like in the past 6 months there has been a change in staffing and management, everyone seems stressed and defeated, store isn't as clean, different vibe.

Wanted to pay for lady in line behind me at drive thru and asked drive thru employee. He was super rude, acted like it was a major inconvenience to himself and I thought he even rolled his eyes. He’s always been curt with people and I never said anything, but he was extra rude this day. Wouldn’t let me finish my sentences even at the speaker, constantly cut me off and spoke over me. Closed window in my face before I could even respond. Atmosphere of all employees is unprofessional (no manners, poorly trained, getting drinks wrong always) and will not be going there again.
