The food is tasty and flavorful, however the prices for everything is very high. I feel like they could make the prices lower, but they don't since many people still buy it any way. It is a nice hangout spot though.

The staff is very friendly but there simply aren't enough of them! Mobile orders are regularly 15 minutes behind and some days I've had to wait over 30 minutes past my promised pickup time.

This is now "my" Starbucks since the start of the pandemic, & here's why: Baristas & DT are the greatest. They're friendly, well-organized, accurate, helpful, & they're unfailingly charmed by my annoying dogs who want their Pup Cups now--or else! (That's 1 of them hanging out the window waiting for a Cup.) Every Starbucks should be this good & pleasant to customers (& yes, I know that's a hard job sometimes). Thanks to DT especially, I spend far more here than I should, & I'm happy to do it.Vegetarian options: Veggie & vegan options are limited, but I enjoy the ones they have.

I'm not sure if it's a training issue or what, but every time I go to this location, my drink is not made well. I ordered the vanilla cream cold brew and it was terrible with no vanilla flavor or cream on top. I told the barista it didn't look or taste right and she tried to convince me that it was right by making it in front of me at the window. she made it wrong right in my face so I just gave up and went to another Starbucks where it was properly made. My day had been pretty nuts. I ran into some issues with my order (credit card declined for strange activity when I am the only one using it ). The team here was very patient even though they were incredibly busy and worked with me to resolve things. Turned my day around a little bit and it was very appreciated.
Went to this one by mistake...but they are way faster than other locations when buying a traveler!
