Had a latte and a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. They just didn't taste right. Not up tonStarbucks standards especially for the price.

Good for a nice coffee. Its kind of expensive and some of the people can be a little snooty. It is a huge franchise anyway and not a corner coffee shop. Coffee is still good though.

Now, when I was at this Starbucks location, I got a look from the serving window that was interpreted and/or understood by me as, "I know exactly what you are doing, and you shouldn't be doing it." It was a pre-meditated scorn, a frown, a furrow. Something that seemed to be triggered (facially and nonverbally) by the way I said "I'm picking up an order for Grant," (as if it was usual and service-able, …using the same tones of voice and inflections in my voice as I would use as a half-imitation match for a delivery personnel's attitude and inflections (including/emphasizing the distance-ness (emotionally) from my own satisfaction of the order and the customer's own satisfaction of the order, while simultaneously using the same line of words to nonverbally recognize and here-to the typical, summed-up, and coincidental (etc.) drama that a typical food delivery personnel runs into at drive throughs and/or restaurants (etc.)), plus eye contact and then split-second mental processing time on this person's end. Now, the eye contact could have been suggestive of a positive mental image-match (in this person's mind). And, the main point of this review is to illustrate and/or point out that I do not appreciate being told (in exact sync (affirmed through the use of two-way nonverbal communication between me and the person at the delivery window)) that I shouldn't go across America and write negative reviews online to whomever and whatever I want to, simply because someone's social class wishes to be respected. I understand writing negative reviews online is a form of punitive and guilt-based leadership power. I understand it doesn't make friends, and makes a lot of long-term enemies. I am okay with that, and have accepted that, and don't expect to change my ways. Ever since getting fired from Waverly Beach and leaving them a negative review online, I have felt a self-generated guilt to go around and give everyone else a negative review also for the sake of fairness (and also having my voice heard in general).

It's decent food and coffee. It's predictable, which makes it a safe spot to stop in. The food is a bit greasy, and the coffee is more bitter than strong. I believe they use Arabica beans, which are OK. I also taste some Blue Mountain in there. I prefer Sumatran.

Aways out of something we order even if it's Seasonal there out or don't have ingredients and washrooms you could get sick or catch something in them but staff doesn't care or do anyrhing even location the same the last two visits the worst had purposely explained the Filthin was room and they said they well uh sorry were swamped 8 to 9 people on staff that we could see and not one even tried to address concerns didn't even go look or do anything about situation we purposely sat out side coffee shop to see how long it would take and after 45 minute and we finished both of our two venti coffees and watching at least three of the 8 or nine of them stand around my wife went back in and took pics of the disgusting mess and they never moved or even said anything but uh to busy if you have to eat I side avoid using washroom ?? ?

The attitudes of employees at starbucks locations have gone so downhill in recent years. They are so entitled. They dont look to serve the customer rather they are focused on how best to serve themselves.

I’ve honestly never wrote a google review before but I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks!! They are always so kind and welcoming no matter the time of their day! I had a difficult morning and they went out of their way to make sure I still got my drink!!! Definitely my fav store to frequent!!

I placed a Mobile order, showed up and parked at the mobile pick up spot till that said my order was ready. When I walked to the lobby to get my order, there’s a sign on the door that says I have to get my order in the drive-through. I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes, and the line is not moving. Went back to the door and asked them to just give me my food and was told “**** you”.
