The staff in this establishment is very welcoming and always very professional services quick and efficient and even if I just got in there to sit down and use my computer and not order anything they're always very nice to me. This is how customer service is supposed to be. If you ask for a Dark Roast coffee after 10:30 AM at the drive through, you will be refused the drink and asked to walk into the store to get your drink.If you order the dark roast through the APP, no questions asked!This was tested for 2 Months everyday.You wait for others to order 3-5 drinks and that takes more time than your request for a coffee!You pay $3 for a coffee and the employees get angry and refuse service.The Area Manager?Won’t respond to the problem!Call the 800 number and they will give you $20 for the inconvenience.Won’t change the problem.Have fun and enjoy the free beverages for the rude Beach Grove scumbags!

Came here to study with a friend on a Saturday late afternoon, early evening. First time visiting this location since it was built. Being new, it has a very fresh, smooth parking lot and modern appeal exterior. Inside looks fairly newer, and I noticed this nice extended couch seating along the wall with tables and more chairs, so pretty plentiful accommodations and comfy. It wasn't very busy at this time so we were tended to quickly. We both ordered holiday drinks, I got the peppermint mocha which was good and my friend got the caramel brûlée latte which she liked.We chose an area to study, and it felt like cold air was on that it was so chilly. We told one worker but he didn't seem to care and nothing changed. I kept thinking to my self...."Do they do this on purpose so you purchase more coffee?!?" As the time went on, the cold became very uncomfortable and unbearable so we told another worker, and she said she would check it out. Eventually, it became warmer, and we were so thankful. The drinks were tasty, but we didn't feel the caffeine very much on either of them (we both were yawning), so we decided for another cup of coffee. We don't want anything fancy, so the barista told us we could get free refill on a house roast (she gave us 3 choices but I can't remember each of them)....we chose the Christmas blonde, still in the holiday spirit and the blonde roast has the highest caffeine....yes!We definitely felt the kick after that cup, to the point that we stayed until the place closed at 9pm.2 gender neutral restrooms are accessible at this location. Service was decent. I didn't get the name of the lady that helped us with the temperature, but i thank you for saving us from such an uncomfortable freezing environment!

I come here all the time... probably too much...and every time my drinks are made perfectly, the drive-thru line moves quickly, and the workers are friendly! Shout out to Mo for always making sure I get my extra ice. This shop is very large with tons of seating inside and outside on the huge patio.

My daughter and I visited this Starbucks when we went to the gym. The building is very nice, and there is a little more seating than at many Starbucks. Most of the tables are for 2 people, but are arranged so people at several tables could visit with one another, if desired. It was quiet, but also not very busy. One note, the only entrance to the parking lot is from Thompson. It is not connected to the shopping center.
No high chairs or booster seats available and no trash cans outdoors.

I have a Starbucks that is closer to me on Emerson but I will drive the extra mile to come here based on these things. The parking lot is not chaotic and the lines flow quickly and smoothly. I often order ahead because I hate feeling rushed and more times than not get stressed out and order the wrong thing or something I didn’t actually want. The male barista did not make me feel rushed and actually helped me to make sure I got exactly what I was trying to get and was kind. The female barista at the window double checked to make sure I had everything I needed and wasn’t just quickly handing things off so I could get settled and things passed out to my kids and I appreciated that extra effort. She was also kind and friendly.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been thru, they didn’t even know which order was mine when got to the window and had to make it then. Already spent ten mins in drive thru line. Won’t be back.
