I’m done with Steak N Shake. Will never return. I’m treated like a criminal, forced to scan a bar code just to access the drink machine and fill my cup. Are they this close to going out of business that they have to regulate drinks like this? Also, Steak N shake cant seem to decide if it wants to be fast food or a sit down diner. How much longer before they go out of business?

All the employees on shift were beyond amazing!! Very cheerful and upbeat, they greeted us soon as we walked through the door! One of the best Steak ‘n Shake experiences we have had, we typically go to a different location that’s closer to us but this is worth the drive!

The food quality and the service has went down so much. The price keeps going up as does everything but that wouldn't matter if the quality was still there. The last 3 times I visited it was bad. I said I wouldn't go back, but did again. Big mistake. I won't do that again. I guess it's the end of an era, not the one I grew up with Not the same food or quality. ?

Great food as always but there is no service anymore. You put your own order in on the kiosk, seat yourself, get your own drinks and condiments. Which is fine but I wasn't prepared for that with 3 small kids? I miss the old steak n shake

I can't say enough about how nice the employees are. They will do everything to make sure you enjoy your experience. Went there with a group of 20 yesterday evening after worship and everyone enjoyed it. Very clean. Restrooms are spotless. The quality of the food is consistently excellent.
