I used the drive thru around 7 pm. on 3/05/2024. I ordered four sandwiches with no ketchup. And two, I requested mayo and paid for it, and two cups of cheese paid for it and did not get those either. The food was not hot. This experience was the worst! I am extremely disappointed.

The atmosphere is depression. No one speaks or looks at you. Your only option to order is a kiosk and u ask a question,they dont answer. You have to serve ur own drinks with a barcode and even after scanning barcode, drink wont dispence and have to wait for manager to turn on. They do not apologize or show thoer faces. U see no ones faces except person calling ur number and they walk off ince they do that not saying a word. Even when i thank thwm, they just walk off. Its depressing and if u enjoy an antisocial. Depressing atmosphere, by means, go to steak n shake

steak and shake is horrible. i had school lunch today and could order food in and they cancelled my order 5 minutes before my lunch. i was left starving with no lunch because steak and shake couldn't "get to my order" that i preordered 3 hours before lunch. this is ridiculous and i'm so mad at steak and shake. never order here unless u want to be left starving.
