Itnhas been quite a while since i have been in a steak n shake. Its so odd how everything is streamlined now, i like the flow of how it works but, it just feels odd. My experience was pretry good. Food was nice and hot! It took forever to get my shake though which is fine but would have been better if someone would have said "your shake will be out shortly" or "someone is wokring on your shake now." All in all not a bad experience and will definitely be back.

A shell of what Steak N Shake used to be. Order from the kiosk which is ok but as soon as the order was put in the cook was complaining. Shake machine is broken so no shakes after the order was put in. If you had someone take my order they could have said something or turn it off in the kiosk! Must have a QR code from your order to turn kn the Coke machine. Chili was luke warm at best, frisco melt was a soggy mess. The entire time the only 2 staff in the place were yelling at DoorDash drivers to call their customer and ask what they wanted to drink instead of a shake because the shake machine is broken. But hey I got coupons for my inconvenience…. For free small milkshakes…. I can’t make this stuff up.
The burger was a little salty but other than that the service was impeccable.

If i could give negative stars I would. I waited for over 30 minutes and still never got my food. I got a refund and left. They did bring out my milkshake but it was literally just vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed in my experience with this stake n shake. 0/10

If I could give it a '0' I would. It's so ran down, and just looks like somewhere that you know you'll regret all together. Anytime theirs always a 10-20 minute wait just for someone to take the order in drive thru, the last time I went two days ago I was only car and from start to finish I was in drive thru for over 30 minutes, then I get home and the food was terrible fries soggy, and crazy expensive and then it was all cold and I live 3 minutes away. My dog wouldn't even eat a chicken tender from there. The shake was pretty much like drinking a glass of milk. The place needs shut down!
