Here's another bad review for the (apparently) new ownership. If you place a mobile order, be prepared for them to stop making it every time the next customer walks in to place an order. When you point out how this defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, note how rude they are about it. Then expect them to lie about how "busy" it is and to claim they just received your order (even though it's already partially completed when you walk in). Then they wrongly state that all Subways do it this way (simply not true in my experience). I pick up a lot of orders in the area, including from other Subways, and the process and the attitude are much better elsewhere.

The lady working was really stingy. She barely gave me two scoops of tuna, she put all of 2 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers on my sandwich. When I asked for more she gave me one of each. Will not return at all.

Rude new employees, don’t make your sandwich how you ask them to when you are standing right there and tell them to make it a certain way, didn’t even fully toast the sandwich to the point the chicken was still SO cold. I used to love this subway under different ownership but I will not be going back. Not to mention, you can go other places and get something for $15 the way you actually want it made. Very disappointed.

Ordered a salad from here for pick up. When I got there 15 mins after time, I was told it wasn’t ready yet, even though it was sitting on the counter I later realized. After about 5 mins I ask again and they hand me a bag that was sitting there all along. Upon arriving home I realize my wrap did not have the avocado that I paid extra for. In addition, my salad didn’t have spinach at all, and I requested extra spinach. I was not notified, either by phone or when I arrived at the store, and asked if I wanted lettuce as a replacement instead either. So, I’m very irritated at this point and call the store. I tell the person who answered (it was the manager that saw me pick up my food and was also the person who made it) what happened. He says, “oh, we were out of spinach at that time.” So I asked why was I not informed when I picked up my food? Can you remake it? He rudely says, “I’m not giving you free food. I made it, you can come buy again and I’ll remake it.” I got very irritated and asked for the manager. He responded he was the manager and his father was the owner. Again, saying I’m not getting free food. I said I don’t want “free food”. I want the food I paid for already. Needless to say, he wasn’t trying to hear me and I ended the call. Will never go here again and won’t send any customers that way.

I did an online order and it went to wrong store for pick up. I immediately called to cancel and no answer. I drove to the closest store to my work and asked if they could transfer my order and make it there as there is no answer. No help. I called the store a total of 9 times in 33 minutes to resolve issue and get my refund on food I'm not picked up. Was treated very disrespectfully and talked rude to!! The man I spoke to multiple times accused me of picked it up and he informed me that he doesn't have the ability to refund any orders. I NEVER WENT TO THIS STORE, NO CLUE WHERE IT IS. Called my bank and they suggested contacting the merchant which is USELESS. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY, THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!! Going to contact police department for theft charges as they took my money and never provided the service.

Very shady place. Someone hacked my Subway App account and ordered a huge sandwich, 10 cookies, and a drink. When I received the notification I called this store and explained the situation and asked them to cancel the order as it was fraudulent. The employee on the phone informed me he understood and would, but someone was there to pick up the order. I again asked him to cancel and not to give this person anything paid for by my account. The employee agreed, but the charge went through on my card. I have called this store at least a dozen times and reached out to Subway costumer service with no response. There are several other locations nearby, if you choose to order from this store, beware. They were complicit in defrauding me and I am still out a $30+ fraudulent Subway order. These are not honest people.

A first off, I went there to get 2 salads. When did they stop doing the chop salad? Second I ordered by the number of the sub. I always order the number vs alt the ingredients I was told they don't know that. What?

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch footlong which usually come out to 8 and some change 9 after taxes. Got charged 13 dollars instead. When asking about it I got told that I got charged for rotisserie chicken which I did not order and then got told that it doesn't matter which one you get that they charge 13 dollars for a chicken bacon ranch no matter what. Yes it's just a $4 difference but add that plus all the customers they are stealing from. Would not recommend at all.

You are better off ordering a salad because the way these people rush your sandwich turns out to be a salad with bread on the side. All my toppings were out of the sandwich by the time I got to my car. They also put the wrong toppings on my sandwich because they were rushing so badly even though no one was in line before or after me.

I placed an online order on the Subway app. I asked for both subs ordered to be toasted, neither one was. Also, toppings were missing. Overall, not a good experience. Maybe if you go in and order and watch them make it, they might do a better job.
