They was out of cheese except mozzarella. So to have cheese they charged me extra $2! They was also out of onions. Veggies weren't fresh! Sandwich tasted awful!

Blanca absolutely amazing I go to a Subway probably maybe eight times in a month and let me just tell you about her stellar exceptional over the top obsess over the Customer customer service that she does. Blanca is absolutely amazing anytime that I go to Subway. She knows my order I’m just by hearing my voice, and I usually always go through the drive-through and for her to know exactly what I’m getting, and she’s always so happy and so pleasant and smiling. I truly appreciate her, if you need a sub sandwich you didn’t want to feel like family go see Blanca at Subway on 56

Went in to get some cookies. 1st employee walked right pass me and said nothing, 2nd employee looked at me like I was doing something wrong by standing at the counter and said nothing! Over the years they have become very rude!

I got 2 of the most sloppy skimpy meatball subs here that you can imagine. Bread was untoasted soggy and wet with about 3 meatballs on each side of the sandwich. That's 12 meatballs for 2 FOOTLONG subs (6 each). I believe the owner or manager and his wife made these and tried to pawn them off on me as acceptable. Owner even sent me a personal email saying he was sorry but had no intention of replacing the food or issuing refund. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location. Thank you.

Got two foot longs for buy on get one free and was expecting bad service. But the ladies inside this subway were on it! I went on a Tuesday around 5pm, they greeted me, it was clean, they were all on uniform and using gloves and all that. It smelled great. By far the best experience I've ever had at a subway and I'm not kidding. The sandwiches were perfectly proportioned! Everything was fresh! Bacon crispy. Just great all around

Every neon sign says open yet both doors are locked and the drive thru speaker isn’t being answered with 45 minutes til they close. If you’re going to close early, at least turn off the signs.

This was the first time I ate at subway in nearly a decade. And this visit will not encourage my return! The food was fine, nothing great but no real complaints. However, the last time I ate at a subway, they were around $6 for a footlong, well now they are $17 for a footlong! This was not a meal, only the sandwich! For that price, I will go elsewhere. Jersey mikes has a way better sub anyway.

Hours posted online (I checked before I left my house) and outside the store say they close at 10pm. Got to the store about 9:20pm, the doors were locked. Open sign and drive thru sign we're both illuminated. Drive thru menu lights were off. No additional signage on the door altering the closing times. Such a waste of time.

3 employees inside and they take 20 min to make two sandwiches. Its ridiculous, terrible service.

This morning, (04/22/23) I stopped here for breakfast to get my usual bacon, egg & cheese (toasted) on Flatbread w/fountain drink. My food was barely warm. There were ants in the bottom of my cup. You guys need a regular cleaning routine, including your ice & drink dispenser. I won't be back. Please don't eat here.

Normally I have no problem with the store. However, today I find it rather annoying that their sign says open but the doors are locked.
